በሥራ ርክክብ መድረኩ ላይ የተገኙት የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ ነጋ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት፣ ባለፉት ዓመታት በትምህርት ዘርፉ የተጀመሩ የሪፎርም ሥራዎች የማይቀለበሱበት ምዕራፍ ላይ መድረሳቸውን ገልጸው የቀድሞ አመራሮች ላበረከቱት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል። አዲስ የተመደቡት አመራሮችም ያላቸውን ሰፊ ልምድ በመጠቀም ለዚህ ታሪካዊ ምዕራፍ ስኬትና ቀጣይነት ትልቅ አቅም እንደሚሆኑ ሙሉ እምነት እንዳላቸው ተናግረዋል።

በውይይቱም የማህበረሰብ ሬዲዮ ጣቢያዎች የቴሌቪዥን፣ የኢንተርኔትና የህትመት ሚዲያዎች ተደራሽ ባልሆኑባቸው እንዲሁም የቋንቋ ውስንነት ባላቸው የገጠርና አርብቶ አደር አካባቢዎች ዋና የመረጃ ምንጭ በመሆናቸው፣ አቅማቸው ተጠናክሮ ሊቀጥል እንደሚገባ ተጠቁሟል።
ዩኔስኮ ባዘጋጀው መድርክ በቀጣዮቹ ሦስት ወራት ከማህበረሰብ ሬዲዮ ጣቢያዎች ጋር ለሚተገብሩት ፕሮጀክት ውጤታማነት ከጣቢያዎቹ ኃላፊዎች ጋር ውይይት ያደረገ ሲሆን ለወጣቶች የሚሰጡትን ትምህርታዊ አገልግሎት ጥራት ከፍ ለማድረግ ከፍተኛ ሚና እንደሚጫወት ተመላክቷል።
በመድረኩ ላይ የተገኙት የብሔራዊ ዩኔስኮ ዋና ጸሐፊ አቶ ዓለሙ ጌታሁን፤ የማህበረሰብ ሬዲዮ ጣቢያዎች ለገጠሩና ለአርብቶ አደሩ ማህበረሰብ ያላቸውን ወሳኝ ፋይዳ አብራርተዋል።
