Part I Conservative Inc influencers after the group chat sends out the new talking points. Part II Some of you called him Goyslob. Others called him Chudley, Uncle Ham, and a dozen other names. Then a whole lot of you embraced him, claimed him, and proudly said “literally me.” Just remember: this is the only place where the Magatard lore is actually canon. And canon matters. The “literally me” folks have some explaining to do. https://x.com/WearForbidden/status/2095900976402083870 ✡️@JewTruthArchive

‼️‼️‼️ Seymour Hersh Let me begin this messy story by telling you that I grew up on the South Side of Chicago, in a lower middle class, racially mixed ward that also included the University of Chicago and a few upper middle class neighborhoods. It was controlled by an elected Democratic party leader named Marshall Korshak, an attorney whose brother was Sidney Korshak. As I would learn in high school, Sidney was the most powerful mob boss in Chicago. He oversaw drugs, prostitution, police payoffs and had ties to the corrupt International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Decades later, when I was at the New York Times, Jeff Gerth, an expert on the financing of organized crime, and I published, after months of interviews, a four-part series on the newspaper’s front pages focused on Sidney and his control of racketeering, prostitution, and vice in Chicago. The date the first installment of our series was to appear was delayed at the last minute because of a sudden Teamsters strike that kept the Sunday New York Times and its Korshak revelations from being distributed around the country for days. The senior editors at The Times understood why the strike had taken place, but that fact was never published. Our reporting involved two long background interviews with Roy Cohn, the prominent New York mob lawyer and fixer who had famously served as counsel for Senator Joseph McCarthy when he was on the House Un-American Activities Committee during the postwar Red Scare and later as a mentor to New York businessman Donald Trump. Once assured we were speaking privately, Cohn provided a firsthand view of the link between politics and crime as well as the way certain prominent senators were kept supplied with pretty women. So I knew the sort of man Jeffrey Epstein was when he first became known for providing airplanes for various politicians, including a former president, and later for running what seemed to me to be a series of a high-end whorehouses at no charge for prominent men, many high up in the world of American business and New York finance. And so when I learned the story I’m about to tell, I wanted nothing to do with it. https://seymourhersh.substack.com/p/what-i-know-about-jeffrey-epstein 🗂 @EpsteinUnsealed

💥💥💥 Speaker Mike Johnson and GOP House leadership cancel last two weeks of September sessions, all but ensuring no major legislation is voted on before the midterms, including Thomas Massie’s new Epstein Files Transparency Act II. Republican leaders announced Thursday that the final two weeks of the pre-election House session are canceled, severely curtailing what had been a full legislative calendar for September. That means members are set to depart Washington no later than Sept. 17 and not return until mid-November. The House will reconvene for one additional week of business after next week’s Labor Day break. Leaders would recall House members for those canceled weeks if the Senate moves forward with a party-line budget reconciliation package in the meantime, GOP leaders indicated, though that is not anticipated. The decision comes as candidates agitate to get back on the campaign trail and as GOP leaders continue to struggle to maintain control of the House floor. Earlier this week, a procedural measure setting up votes on several Republican bills was poised to fail until two Democrats voted in favor, rescuing Speaker Mike Johnson‘s agenda for the week. Johnson has claimed the GOP-led House has been unusually productive this Congress despite the floor challenges and his decision to keep the chamber out of session for nearly two months last year during a government shutdown. Speaking to reporters Thursday, he cited a lack of action in the Senate as a reason he was comfortable curtailing the pre-election calendar, as well as pre-midterm political pressures. “I’ll point out that there’s almost 600 pieces of that landmark legislation that are still sitting over in the other chamber in the Senate, and so we need to get more and more of that done,” he said. “Of course, we’re in the middle of a critical midterm election. Many [members] want and need to be in their districts, working with their constituents, and running their campaigns. And so we’re trying to balance all those interests and needs right now.” Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries cast the curtailed schedule as proof of the GOP’s “failure.” Read More [HERE] 🗂 @EpsteinUnsealed

💥💥💥 Billionaire investor Leon Black refused to appear for a sworn deposition before Congress on Thursday and instead sued the House Oversight Committee, asking a federal court to block subpoenas issued as part of its investigation into disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. The House Oversight Committee served Black with two subpoenas during a closed-door voluntary interview in June after lawmakers said he refused to answer questions about nondisclosure agreements. One subpoena demanded Black produce nondisclosure agreements and other documents, while the other compelled him to return for a deposition before the committee. Black’s lawsuit argues the subpoenas exceed the committee’s authority by seeking private information unrelated to Epstein or any legitimate legislative purpose. It asks a federal judge to declare the subpoenas invalid and prevent the committee from enforcing them. “The Committee is on a fishing expedition that oversteps its authority and completely ignores its responsibility,” Black’s attorney, Susan Estrich, said in a statement. “This is no longer about finding the truth about Epstein. It is about trying to destroy Mr. Black.” TOP OVERSIGHT LAWMAKERS THREATEN TO HOLD BLACK IN CONTEMPT The top Republican and Democratic lawmakers on the committee both criticized Black’s lawsuit and said they planned to discuss later Thursday whether they would hold him in contempt of Congress. “This is unacceptable. We’re very disappointed,” said House Oversight Chair James Comer. “Of all the powerful billionaires and political people we’ve brought in for interview and depositions, this is the first time anyone’s filed suit.” Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the committee, called the lawsuit “laughable” and that Black is “trying to slow the process down of getting us the information.” “Today, the process of contempt has to begin,” Garcia said. Being held in contempt opens up a witness to criminal prosecution. If the House approves a contempt resolution against Black, it would fall to the Justice Department to decide whether to bring charges against him. Read More [HERE] 🗂 @EpsteinUnsealed

Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie 🔥 Tuesday I tweeted Mike Johnson would recess Congress until after the election in an attempt to stymie our latest Epstein bill. Johnson went on TV adamantly saying that was STUPID and we’d work every day. Today he announced we’ll recess on Sept 17… until after the election! 👇 “LET ME TELL YOU HOW STUPID THOMAS MASSIE’S COMMENT IS.” LindellTV's @alisonintheknow asked @SpeakerJohnson directly about @RepThomasMassie's allegation that Johnson plans to keep the House in recess until after the midterms because of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Johnson didn’t mince words: “Let me tell you how stupid Thomas Massie’s comment is.” Johnson says Republicans are “here to work” and will remain in Washington throughout September according to the House calendar. “That is a nonsensical statement by someone who is not participating as a full member of the Congress, and it’s really sad that he doesn’t.” ..... MASSIE RESPONDS TO JOHNSON’S “STUPID” COMMENT: HE’S MADE PROMISES BEFORE THAT DIDN’T HOLD UP After @SpeakerJohnson called @RepThomasMassie's claim “stupid” and “nonsensical” when questioned by LindellTV, Massie joined @EmeraldRobinson to respond. Massie says he’s heard Johnson make claims before that “absolutely are positively true, and then they aren’t true.” But if Johnson keeps the House in session as promised, Massie says: “That gives me time to get 218 signatures.” Massie says his discharge petition for Epstein Files Transparency Act II already has dozens of signatures and he intends to keep pushing. “Look, I’m here to get stuff done. I want to get Epstein Files Transparency Act part two done, and that would be a big win.” https://x.com/RepThomasMassie/status/2095522987222978642 🗂 @EpsteinUnsealed

⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ 🗣 Epstein Filings: Jeffrey Epstein Victims Sued Leslie Wexner, Now It's Voluntarily Dismissed in SDNY without explanation in the docket Jeffrey Epstein victims sued Leslie Wexner and 9 East 71st Street Corporation in New York State court, for gender-motivated violence, under the statute. The defendants have tried to remove the case to Federal court, arguing there is no diversity jurisdiction. On April 29 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a conference. INNER CITY PRESS WAS THERE: Lawyer for "9 East" Dan Ruzumna of Patterson Belknap: 9 East has been dissolved for more than a decade. It's been fully wound down. Mr. Merson said there was one issue to be briefed - but there are more reasons for dismissal. Judge Koeltl: It will make me time to decide the motion to remand. The parties have left it up on the air what goes into the motion to dismiss by 9 East 71st St. What's the timing? 9 East's 2d lawyer, Bennet Moskowitz of Troutman Pepper: We'd like 2 week to reply Judge Koeltl: I'm enter another order, including on 9 East's partial motion to dismiss by May 21, to June 25. Anything else? Wexner and Wexner Foundation lawyer Marion Little of Zeiger TIgges: Sounds like the plaintiffs are not amending the complaint. Wexner's lawyer: We question if this court can exercise personal jurisdiction over my Ohio-based client. Can you grant us leave to file our motion to dismiss? Judge Koeltl: No - I thought the parties have agreed to delay that until I decide the motion to remand. [Complaint quotes Epstein email of June 14, 2014 that he "never ever did anything without informing les" and he'd "never give him up." ] On August 31, mysteriously and with no other detail, this "NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the plaintiff(s) and or their counsel(s), hereby give notice that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed, without prejudice against the defendant(s) All Defendants.
