This is the Ukrainian Armed Forces' primary "deep strike" weapon against targets deep within Russia: oil refineries, fuel depots, warehouses, and defense industry enterprises.
The basic range is 1400–1600 km. The manufacturer claims 2700–3400 km with a payload of approximately 60 kg. The video shows a payload of exactly that weight.

Governors can create as many territorial defense units/volunteer formations/operational groups/mobile assault rifle squads as they want, but without a single, clear command structure and an information-combat network, such regrettable shortcomings in our air defense *system* will continue.
These drones, the footage of which is being spread by the enemy, can travel at a maximum speed of 200 km/h at an altitude of up to 2.5 km. And they make a lot of noise as they fly by.
