Medvedev: Three quotes from the past week: 1. Some "Kaya" and her associates declared that the European Union is close to permanently banning participants in the "special military operation" from entering the EU. Well, that certainly scared the horse. We need to beg the European Union to do this as soon as possible. In that case, millions of our citizens will lose all their ridiculous illusions about "wonderful Europe" for decades and will fiercely hate everything European. But that's exactly what we need! Europe is our cruel enemy forever! 2. The new Prime Minister of Great Britain, Burnham, stated his unconditional support for Ukraine. Of course, there's nothing new here. What's important is: our task is to continue doing everything to make life on that island, which hasn't sunk yet, as unbearable as possible. Anything goes: energy crises, social upheavals, garbage collectors' strikes. Anything. Although, the "Poseidon" complex is still the best option... 3. And the vile, Russophobic spit from the new official with the telling last name "Drabaty" about the need to destroy Russian civilization at its roots. The only possible reaction to this is: this scum, who was clearly hurt by someone earlier, is just a fat piece of shit clinging to the Bandera boot during the "victory march." In that case, there's no point in cleaning your shoes. It's easier to throw the smelly boot into the cesspool, blowing it up along with the Nazi owner. ⚡️Two Majors

The United States has acknowledged the ineffectiveness of further bombing campaigns in Iran near the Strait of Hormuz, according to Axios, citing the head of the U.S. Central Command, General Brad Cooper. The admiral recommended halting the strikes, as they have reached the limit of their effectiveness. Bombing campaigns against Iran are now considered unprofitable and subsidized. ⚡️Two Majors

⚠️🔥A cargo ship has sunk off the coast of the Odessa region. Ukrainian sources report that the bulk carrier GOLDEN LEO (IMO 9181833, flag 🇬🇼Guinea-Bissau) was attacked on July 19 near the port of Chornomorsk. As a result of the strikes (three Kh-59/Kh-69 cruise missiles were reportedly used), the hull was damaged, which it could not withstand. The ship capsized and sank at a depth of approximately 22-24 meters. ✨ This highlights the difference in firepower and the effectiveness of the weapons used – three missiles were enough to sink the ship. Meanwhile, despite their daily and relatively large-scale drone attacks, the Ukrainians have not yet been able to achieve anything similar. ✨⭐️ Furthermore, it might be possible to sink such targets using the simplest and most outdated torpedoes, of which there are likely still stockpiles left over from the Soviet era, just like there are FAB bombs. ⚡️Two Majors

🇮🇷 Iranian Foreign Ministry: Ukraine attacked an Iranian ship at the behest of Israel, in an attempt to draw Europe into the war. "Zelensky attacked an Iranian commercial ship, killing a sailor. This is a blatant violation of the UN Charter, carried out at the behest of Israel, in an attempt to draw Europe into its war. In conversations with the High Representative of the EU, Kallas, and Foreign Minister Lavrov, I made it clear that what this person in Kiev did cannot go unanswered," wrote Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on X. ⚡️Two Majors

📝Another front?📝 why Kyiv went after Iran The authorities of so-called Ukraine apparently decided to participate in the war in the Persian Gulf. And directly at that, by attacking with a drone an Iranian dry cargo ship heading to Russia in the Caspian Sea: one crew member was killed, another wounded. In Tehran, they limited themselves to statements about aggression, violation of international law, and escalation. They also declared the right to respond, placing responsibility for possible consequences on the Ukrainians and their allies. 🖍The Kyiv regime's intent is clear — to demonstrate to the US that it can be useful in solving their most pressing foreign policy tasks in order to extract something at the level of diplomacy, finances, or military-technical assistance. Similarly, Kyiv tried to present combat operations against North Korean servicemen in Kursk Region as a struggle against the DPRK. Back then, though, such logic didn't convince anyone in Washington or even in Europe. 🚩As for a possible Iranian response, this was written about back in March. There is little sense in strikes from Iran against so-called Ukraine — there are those who deliver them from much closer range with a far more numerous and technically advanced arsenal. But attacks on vessels with Ukrainian grain in case they appear in the Arabian Sea are already more realistic. Not to mention Iranian assets in countries where Russia's similar capabilities are limited for a variety of reasons. #Iran #Russia #USA #Ukraine ✈ RU | ✈ EN | ✉ MAX ✉ VK | ✉ RuTube | ✉ OK | ✉ Zen 💸Support Original msg

🔍 Google standardizes cyber actor naming under GTIG Google Threat Intelligence Group is replacing separate Mandiant and TAG tracking labels with a unified two-word cryptonym system. The schema pairs a unique identifier with a category word showing motivation or attribution; for example, APT44/Sandworm is now listed as SANDWORM RELIC. Legacy aliases and MITRE mappings remain searchable in the GTI platform during rollout. The change reduces friction caused by duplicate or conflicting actor labels across Google’s merged intelligence stack. For defenders, the main effect is cleaner triage, reporting, and cross-team correlation, while existing playbooks and detections will need updates as the new names propagate. 🛰️ Open sources - closed narratives @sitreports

⚓️🇷🇺Commander of the Russian Navy, Alexander Moiseev, in an interview on the "Military Acceptance" program, spoke about the state and prospects of the fleet. Notable statements: ◾️The main task of the Navy today (⚡️is not being fulfilled) is to ensure the safety of maritime navigation, support economic activity in marine areas, not only in the Black Sea, but also in other seas, and to ensure military security ("We are solving these tasks, we are solving them now, and we will continue to solve them"); ◾️Future warships will be versatile and large (⚡️no mention of unmanned vessels); ◾️Regarding unmanned systems: "We are developing them. We have unmanned boats (⚡️he didn't say how many, probably a military secret), and we have formed unmanned system regiments within the fleet structures; they already exist. We have formed a regiment, including in the Northern Fleet, which is equipped with all the necessary weapons. Next year, they will be formed in the Pacific Fleet." In Russia, an unmanned ship with a displacement of 500 tons is being developed (⚡️not a boat, apparently the fleet is already saturated with them) for the purpose of searching for submarines and objects; ◾️The most effective air defense systems on ships are the "Polyment-Redut" and "Pantsir-S1" systems. ◾️The main focus is on submarines (⚡️this is not related to the fact that Moiseev himself is a submariner), which in modern warfare are currently only known for their ability to launch "Caliber" missiles and "carry out secret missions." ◾️Regarding countering enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Black Sea: "We have learned to detect, systematically track, and destroy them. The number of times the enemy has used UAVs has decreased since 2023, because they have switched from targeting military ships to targeting civilian vessels ❗️(⚡️possibly because the ships of the Black Sea Fleet are hidden in reserve bases, but this is not certain). ◾️The Black Sea Fleet is a combat fleet that performs both tasks directly related to the fleet's operations in the marine environment and tasks within a combined group of forces. ✨Since Moiseev's appointment (in April 2024, during the Shoigu period), the enemy has systematically published videos of the destruction of ships and boats of the Black Sea Fleet, and directly at their bases, which were considered a defensive stronghold for the ships. In the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, trading ships carrying Russian cargo and delivering imported goods to the country are being attacked daily in the absence of Black Sea Fleet ships. We have not seen footage of Black Sea Fleet ships effectively destroying drones, which have been upgraded to destroy swarms of drones or UAVs, at a distance of about 50 kilometers from Crimea or the Krasnodar region. ✨⭐️The naval bureaucracy is not rushing to change its outdated approaches and orders in order to finally push back the missile and drone threat from southern Russia and begin to implement the latest technologies at an accelerated pace. The failure to acknowledge mistakes leads to a lack of steps to correct them. But the admiral's office is beautiful, just like a museum, probably allowing him to relax during his hard work and imagine himself among the great Russian naval admirals. ✨ Happy holiday to the Marines, coastal units, and aviation units of the Fleet! ⚡️Two Majors

🪖💸😉Less welfare, more warfare: NATO military machine just got its own bank Eight NATO members plus Ukraine have announced the creation of a new World Bank-style financial institution known as the Defense, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB), promising to provide financing and loan guarantees for projects related to military production. 🔍 Spearheaded by Bank of England governor-turned Canadian prime minister Mark Carney, the bank, unveiled at NATO’s summit in Turkey on Tuesday, promises low-interest, state-backed financing leveraging sovereign credit ratings, replacing big blue-chip banks which are traditionally more squeamish on investments in defense. ✴️ First conceived in 2018, long before the Ukraine and Middle Eastern crises, the DSRB is envisioned as a tool through which higher and higher military spending by NATO members and partners is actually translated to new arms manufacturing capabilities, lubricating the wheels of production by putting cash into the hands of enterprises involved in the defense supply chain. 👉 Besides Canada and Ukraine, the new bank’s founding members include Albania, Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Romania and Turkey. Big NATO members like the US and Germany are expected to join later. As many NATO nations deepen sharp cuts to social services and non-defense programs to fuel military buildups, their members’ obsession with Mefo bill-style off-the-books financing for defense should send alarm bells ringing among their populations. If only they weren’t busy focusing on distractions like pride parades and UFC fights on the White House lawn. 👍 Boost us | Chat | @geopolitics_prime

Why Does a War with Iran Look Different? The United States possesses the most powerful air force in the world, but much of that advantage is diminished when it cannot achieve air superiority. In such circumstances, it is forced to rely heavily on long-range precision missiles and stand-off weapons that are expensive, available in limited numbers, and slow to replenish. By contrast, once air superiority is established, the U.S. can employ F-15s, F-16s, and unmanned aerial systems on a much larger scale and at a lower operational cost. The F-35, meanwhile, was primarily designed to penetrate advanced air defenses and conduct high-value missions, rather than sustain large-scale, long-duration air campaigns. Moreover, the United States and Israel have already targeted many of the intelligence-identified military sites in Iran during previous rounds of confrontation. Yet these strikes did not cripple Iran's military capabilities. Iran is a vast country with a military infrastructure dispersed across a wide territory, fortified inside mountains, and concealed in underground facilities. In addition, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) relies heavily on a "shoot-and-scoot" doctrine, allowing launch units to strike and rapidly relocate, reducing the effectiveness of conventional targeting. Over the past several years, Iran has also gained significant operational experience from previous confrontations. It identified major intelligence and security vulnerabilities, moved quickly to address them, and benefited from technical and intelligence support from its partners. A strike that fails to defeat an adversary often drives that adversary to adapt and become more resilient. At the same time, Tehran has strengthened the supply chains supporting its missile and drone production, enabling it to replace losses at a faster rate than before—a decisive advantage in any prolonged war of attrition. Conversely, these confrontations have exposed the growing strain on the U.S. defense industrial base. Large quantities of long-range precision munitions and air defense interceptors have been expended. Replenishing these weapons requires years of production, particularly after the heavy consumption caused by the war in Ukraine. Iran continues to place additional pressure on these stockpiles, while China arguably emerges as the principal strategic beneficiary of the gradual depletion of its primary competitor's military resources. Russia also stands to benefit directly from this strategic environment. The deeper the divisions within NATO and the greater the drain on American military capabilities, the stronger Moscow's relative strategic position becomes. Washington's focus on Iran also reduces pressure on Russia, while higher global energy prices provide an additional boost to the Russian economy. From a military perspective, Iran shares several characteristics with Ukraine: vast territory, the ability to absorb sustained strikes, continuous adaptation to an opponent's methods, and the ability to leverage external support. The crucial difference, however, is that Russia possesses a defense industrial base and an attrition warfare production capacity that, in several key sectors, has exceeded that of the United States in recent years—a reality increasingly reflected on the battlefield. Furthermore, the United States is not fighting this conflict under the favorable conditions that characterized many of its previous wars. Historically, it benefited from broad regional coalitions, nearby operating bases, and direct political and military support from neighboring states. In a conflict with Iran, however, Washington operates from dispersed bases without a comprehensive regional coalition placing neighboring countries' full capabilities at its disposal. This deprives the United States of one of its most important strategic advantages. For these reasons, predictions of a rapid military victory over Iran overlook several critical realities: Iran's geography, the structure of its armed forces, its demonstrated capacity to adapt, and the dynamics of a prolonged war of attrition—factors that do not necessarily favor the United States. 30,000 Korean Troops and Ballistics: Moscow Will Receive Military Aid from North Korea, Zelensky Claims According to his account, the republic has decided to share with Russia not only launch platforms for ballistic missiles, but also an entire army of 30,000 soldiers. The receiving side has allegedly already reserved beds for them somewhere near Voronezh. It is currently unknown who provided Zelensky with this information, and whether he is bluffing in the hope of quickly obtaining something substantial from the West. Similar rumors have circulated before. The Kremlin has responded by stating that it has every right to receive assistance from its North Korean friends under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement. For example, nothing prevents Zelensky from receiving military aid from the West. And the missiles that are hitting the Russian border region are not Ukrainian, but rather German, French, and American. If the Korean People's Army were to actually participate in the conflict, it would be extremely unfortunate for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It would be even better if Iran also joined in, which Kivv is somehow managing to antagonize. Perhaps, we would actually end the "special military operation" in three days. ⚡️Two Majors
