Muslims have only two holidays: Eid al-Adha & Eid al-Fitr “If we do not wake up and take a stand, we will wake up one day before a hopeless generation that knows Islam only by its name. This is because celebrating and enjoining in the holidays of the infidels is a cancerous tumor in the core of the Islamic belief that will spread and will not stop until it devastates us and causes us to lose our identity and dignity. Worst of all, it will subject us to the curse and wrath of Allah. It is not appropriate to find excuses and rationales in order to find a way out merely to satisfy surrounding pressure or to please the west and go along with the flow.” — Shaykh Ahmad Musa Jibril (حفظه الله) (taken from the Shaykh's Official TikTok page)

Your children have a right to be respected by the parents, this will help their development to flourish. When your child is misbehaving, yelling, screaming, pulling his/her own hair, they are seeking their own respect from you, they are seeking love and care. These symptoms should be handled by the parent wisely and give the child their respect to booste their self-esteem and so they can learn to honour themselves. Guide and encourage them through positive reinforcements. Always show him respect When the child yells screams pulls hair, hitting etc. He is seeking his own respect and love, there is a lack of respect when you see these symptoms. And what is befitting is for the parents not to make comparisons between their children, whether it be with other children or their own siblings, for every child is special and unique. There are some matters in which children prosper in very well where others don’t and other areas where they need support and encouragement. Drawing comparisons is destructive, it is degrading them and damaging their personality. Do not be a dictator in your home! You’re a friend, a parent, a teacher, a guider, you’re not a general in the military! Children need love, care and attention to make them prosper. Your child needs physical affection like cuddles as well as verbal affection via expressions like “I love you”. Parents are of four categories: 1) The careless parent who only interacts and intervenes with the child when a problem occurs. 2) They are like a dictator in their home, they take their children the way you tame an animal! 3) The right way is to be a good positive parent, create a healthy environment for your child to blossom in, take care of them, pay heed to their needs, teach them, love them, show mercy and kindness to them, be their supporting pillar in times of need. That’s the best. 4) The parent who forces the children to raise themselves. They give their children absolute freedom and it concludes with them becoming a satanist! Anas رضي الله عنه said, I served the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم for ten years and he never said to me, "Uf" (a minor harsh word denoting impatience) and never blamed me by saying, "Why did you do so or why didn't you do so?" He never criticised or blamed Anas! A righteous child is beneficial for you in this life, also they benefit you in the grave as you will be upgraded, in addition, they will intercede on your behalf on the Judgement day! - Shaykh Musa Jibril حفظه الله https://t.me/LightOfTheTruth

Repost from Banquet of Allāh
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: "For a Muslim to commit all of the major sins combined would be lighter with Allāh than congratulating a Christian on their holiday.” [Ahkām Ahlul-Dhimmah] سبحان الله عمّا يشركون “Exalted is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him”

“Victory for the defeatist is based on Arab countries winning soccer matches. That’s not what Islām & Muwahidīn base their victories on. It’s reached a point where fake Shuyūkh abused the Ayāt of Allah by equating soccer matches to the Ayāt detailing the Battle of Badr.” — Ash-Shaykh Al-Imām Ahmad Mūsā Jibrīl حفظه الله تعالى

Crazy how “Muslims” can unite upon grown men in short shorts kicking a ball through a net — and they’ll feel a sense of beaming pride at this, to add insult to injury. These same “Muslims” will unite with their very own enemies, against those who call to unite Muslims upon applying لا اله الا الله on this earth. We ask Allah to guide us, and the sincere amongst those in severe Ghafla, and to humiliate those who are unworthy of guidance and to make them busy with themselves. _____ @project_guiding_light

[Show humility] so that water runs into the inner seed of your soul, in order to revive the branches during the spring of remedy [that you have been given as a second opportunity] because the flora of repentance shall not be irrigated until you water it with the tears of your eyes. O you, the sins you commit shall never effect your Lord; He only wants to keep you from [your own] harm. You should know that your obedience to Him shall never fetch Him any benefit; your obedience is for your own benefit; so contemplate on your situation. O people, Allah's protectiveness and possessiveness of you is the reason for which He forbids you from filthy acts. How many times has He invited you [to His right path] but nonetheless you insisted on staying away from Him; therefore you neither managed to keep your vow, nor agreed to be rectified. — Imām Ibn al-Jawzi (رحمه لله)

MONEY & DA’WAH The way of the Messengers is to not take money for their Da’wah. إِنۡ أَجۡرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِۖ {…My reward is only from Allâh…} This Is mentioned at least 9 times in the Qur’an in the context of different Prophets and Messengers. At certain times, these Prophets and Messengers where the only means between Guidance and absolute Kufr throughout the lands. If this is what they said during their time in calling to the Deen of Allah in the harshest of conditions, then what excuse do some of us have, when we foolishly intermingle money with Da’wah, deluding ourselves that it’s for the “sake of the Ummah.” Yes, some of the scholars made concessions in certain circumstances but a Muslim striving to be a Muwahidd with Ihsān, shouldn’t settle for concessions, rather he should strive to that which is more pious, and more conservative, especially in a time where being a con-artist is as easy as faking some credentials and Tazkiyyāt, and making a living off of “Da’wah,” or in matters where taking the concession puts your Da’wah, and most importantly — your intention at risk. Many people introduced money to their Da’wah or Da’wah projects with good intentions, and how many do you know that have remained firm and their Da’wah steadfast? Then look at those who have long held the strong position against money and Da’wah, and look at their firmness and Da’wah how it is spread — even when entire governments try and limit and silence their Call to Tawheed. This is what occurs when sincerity and knowledge, meets complete reliance on Allah, نحسبه كذالك والله حسيبه. When money is involved and you become reliant on this money, you’d have created for yourself an unnecessary Achilles heel. In our times especially, mixing Da’wah and money is the Da’wah roadmap of Madkhalis and Murji’a. If you have a Da’wah project in mind, or would like to spend time serving the Deen of Allah — go work and fund it yourself. Stop asking people for money. May Allah protect us and guide us, and make us and keep us sincere, and use us in that which is pleasing to Him, سبحانه وتعالى. __________ @project_guiding_light

Al-Fudhayl Ibn Iyyād said: “Whoever marries the woman under his care to an innovator, then he has cut ties of the womb with her.” It was said to Al-Fudhayl: “Whoever marries the woman under his care to a Fāsiq, he has cut the ties of the womb with her.” He replied: “Whoever marries the woman under his care to an innovator, then he has cut the ties of kinship with her.” Many of our elders place such heavy emphasis on joining the ties of the womb amongst each other and not cutting off, claiming it to be due to fear of Allāh and the severity of such a sin. But how many of them pay no heed and have no care when it comes to cutting off the ties of kinship with their daughters by giving them in marriage to men with deviant Aqā’id and those who are major sinners? May Allāh guide us. 🔗 The only matrimonial site we recommend to sisters and brothers upon the Manhaj, and vouch for 100%: Join: t.me/projectmawadah 💻 ProjectMawadah.com

Q. My children have recently been exposed to the concept of birthdays. They saw children blowing out candles on a cake after singing them a birthday song. My question is, is it permissible to put candles on an Eid cake and have the kids blow it out so they don’t feel left out? A. Absolutely not. You cannot do that. This becomes imitating the unbelievers in their festivals and celebrations. You’re imitating birthdays and attempting to put an Islamic twist on it. In reality, this exposes children to watering down their religion from a young age to fit the customs and cultures of the unbelievers over standing firmly and steadfast to the rope of Allah. What happens when Muslims are ignorant about concepts such as this and view it to be minor, you end up eventually seeing Muslim families having a Turkey on thanksgiving or a roast dinner on Christmas in the name of “just spending time with the family” or “just eating a dinner together.” Some go as far as even putting up trees in their homes during Christmas and decorating it with all sorts of excuses like “a creative activity for the kids” or “my children will feel left out.” They do everything the unbelievers do but remove the name thinking it’s then permissible. You are only fooling yourselves. You’re stripping away the solid Islamic foundation Islam instructs. We have firm, Islamic, Monotheistic, non-comprisable beliefs. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Whosoever imitates a people is one of them.” Islam covers every aspect of our lives, you cannot give something you don’t have and that’s why knowledge of this religion is crucial for everyone! We are proud of our ways and that’s also a reason why we are prohibited to imitate the unbelievers, because it shows a preference, a loyalty and love for their ways over ours. It is a defeatist mentality right from the beginning. Allah said (interpretation of the meaning): “This day I have perfected for you your religion, and completed My Blessing upon you, and have approved for you as religion, Submission (Islam).” - Shaykh Musa Jibril حفظه الله https://t.me/LightOfTheTruth

"We were and we are an ummah that never, ever gets defeated by our enemies. Never. Wallahi, our enemies never defeated us. We are an ummah that gets defeated from our own faults. When Muslims leave the guidance Allah gave them, when they go on their own, they become the lowest of the low and they end up getting defeated and humiliated by the lowest people of their time." — Shaykh Ahmad Jibril (حفظه الله)

"My grandfather Hayfah (رحمه الله) was an extremely wealthy businessman who owned massive amounts of properties on the Mediterranean Sea—the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in Hayfah. One of the most strategic and valuable lands in the county. It is occupied now and he fought, but was forced out with only the clothes on his back, may Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) grant him Firdaus. And Subhan’Allah it was days like this, seventy-four years ago when my beloved father as a child was displaced from his house in 1948. From first hand experience, from someone who has a personal right to land that’s there; and every Muslim has a right to that land. Our hatred is not founded on their oppression and occupation, it may add to it, but that is not the foundation of it. Our hatred is fully intact whether they give us the land back, or if it is attained by force, or if they continue as occupiers. The foundation of the hatred is based on the kufr itself because we value the rights of Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) more than our own rights, as every Muslim should. The occupational oppression may add to the hate, but there is a foundational level of hate that doesn't go away so long there is kufr." — Shaykh Ahmad Jibril (حفظه الله)

People don’t really know the sacrifice that comes with preaching the pure and unaltered Tawheed. The Shayāteen of mankind and jinnkind will make an enemy of you. Sacrificing your life for Allah, without actually dying is something we don’t talk about much given it’s scarcity, especially in the west. May Allah Bless and Preserve our beloved Shaykh, whom I believe whole heatedly is the Imām of the West, and it’s not even close. حفظه الله تعالى.
