🇺🇸🇷🇺NEW VIDEO: Terror Attack on Moscow & Why the US Stands as the Prime Suspect ▪️US use of terrorism to advance foreign policy objectives is based on decades of evidence and includes support for militants in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union, Chechen separatists inside Russia in the 1990s and 2000s, and Al Qaeda and ISIS in Syria from against Syrian, Iranian, and Russian forces; ▪️More recently, US foreign policymakers have laid out plans to use listed terrorist organizations as proxies to carry out attacks in targeted nations like Iran and Pakistan; ▪️Ukraine has already carried out an extensive terror campaign aimed at Russian civilians deep within Russian territory including in Belgorod, St. Petersburg, and Moscow; ▪️US media admits collaboration between US intelligence and Ukrainian intelligence from 2014 onward while also admitting Ukraine has carried out a number of attacks on civilians inside Russia including Darya Dugina and Vladen Tatarsky; ▪️US media also admits that despite the US claiming to have warned Russia of an impending terrorist attack, information was withheld due to the “adversarial relationship” between the US and Russia; ▪️Leading up to the deadly Moscow attack, US foreign policymakers had repeatedly stated the need to make ordinary Russians “feel the pinch” of the conflict; VIDEO LINK: https://youtu.be/XCCh8-nE7Z0?si=pDvxmIXfEP9CQdvm Follow The New Atlas on Telegram: https://t.me/brianlovethailand

🇮🇱🇮🇷🇸🇾 The Internet is abuzz with discussions about the Israeli Air Force strike on the western outskirts of Damascus today. Iranian media has confirmed that among the casualties was Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi (pictured), from the Al-Quds Force, who was responsible for IRGC operations in Syria and Lebanon. Israeli media depict Zahedi as a crucial IRGC general who orchestrated all attacks on Israel through Iranian-controlled forces. These assertions are not unfounded, as he was in charge of “Department 2000,” which was engaged in operations in the Levant. Furthermore, Mohammad Reza Zahedi has become the highest-ranking IRGC general to be killed by Israeli forces. This event marks the most significant loss for Iran since the death of commander-in-chief Qassem Soleimani in a US drone attack in January 2020. ❗️The question on most observers' minds is what triggered such a significant strike. One theory suggests that this was in retaliation to a nighttime drone attack on a naval base in Eilat. However, that strike was relatively minor and had far fewer consequences compared to the incident in Damascus. 🔻The events in the Syrian capital foreshadow a potential escalation in the Middle East. The primary concern currently is how Iran will retaliate to the attack. Possible responses include activating pro-Iranian proxies, who have only issued threats in recent weeks, and intensifying Hezbollah’s strikes on northern Israel. Nonetheless, a direct confrontation between Iran and Israel is not anticipated, despite some representatives of the ultra-Orthodox government's inclination towards it. The most advantageous scenario for Iran is to maintain the status quo while indirectly supporting Israel’s adversaries. #Israel #Iran #Syria @rybar Support us Original msg

Fwd from @boris_rozhin The First Assault Drone Attack in History In Berdychi, currently being liberated by Russian troops, field testing of a promising new Russian robotic platform took place. As part of the combat mission, a group of assault drones participated in supporting the assault operations, ensuring the suppression of enemy positions in the village using the installed AGS-17 modules, firing several hundred grenades. During combat use, the drones demonstrated good results. They were able to continue operating even in conditions where personnel and expensive equipment would have incurred inevitable losses from enemy fire. The experience gained in combat use will inform the further production and development of assault robotic platforms. The combat deployment of such drones in Berdychi is reminiscent of the first tank attack during the First World War. A successful tracked base has great potential for developing a robotic platform for assault (with various combat modules) and support operations (such as transportation and installation of mines, removal of the wounded, and transportation of cargo and equipment). In the future, such platforms will have a significant presence on the battlefield. Despite similar developments in the USA, Britain, and China, Russia was the first to use a group of assault drones in a real war. The project is being implemented with the support of Boris Rozhin and Chingis Dambiev The future has already arrived. @Rybar Two Majors | Boost us

Translation: «Operational reports, [26/03/2024 05:25] ⚡️ The head of the SBU, Vasily Malyuk, almost directly stated that the Ukrainian special service was behind the assassination attempt on Zakhar Prilepin, as well as the murders of Ilya Kiva, Vladlen Tatarsky and other Russian figures. “We will not officially acknowledge this in any way, but at the same time, I will tell you some details,” Malyuk said. The head of the SBU also confirmed that Kyiv was behind the explosion of the Crimean Bridge. The Ukrainians worked with homemade explosive devices disguised as rolls of greenhouse film. The total weight of the hexogen mixture was 14 tons. “After this operation, the top leaders of Western intelligence services said: you are the best, we take our hats off,” Malyuk said in an interview with the Ukrainian channel. Ukrainian Security Services admits involvement in terrorist activities in Russia The head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Vasyl Malyuk, has admitted the involvement of his department in the murders and assassination attempts on a number of Ukrainian and Russian politicians and public figures.
"We will not officially admit this in any way, but at the same time I will tell you some details," he said in an interview with a Ukrainian TV channel.
In particular, Malyuk hinted at the SBU's involvement and revealed details of some of the terrorist attacks: ▪️ The explosive-filled statuette that killed Russian war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky contained "400 grams of thermobar". ▪️ "800 grams of plastid" were used in an attempt on the life of the Prosecutor General of the Lugansk People's Republic, Sergei Gorenko. ▪️ Former Rada deputy Ilya Kiva used a 9x19 caliber pistol. ▪️ The assassination attempt on Russian writer and politician Zakhar Prilepin was prepared using an anti-tank mine In 2022, journalist and daughter of prominent Russian political philosopher Alexander Dugin, Daria Dugina, was killed in a car bombing. The Russian Federal Security Service said that Ukrainian special services were behind the murder. In the television interview, however, Malyuk gave no details about the attack. What remains of the Ukrainian energy system: analyzing the interim results of retaliatory strikes Over the past 10 days, the Kiev regime has faced attacks by the Russian Armed Forces on critical infrastructure that are unprecedented in scale and effectiveness. The jokes are over, and even those objects that the Russian army “ignored” for one reason or another, such as the Zmievskaya thermal power plant located near the border, this time became targets of Russian attacks. Now we can draw some intermediate results. Currently, Kiev retains control over three operational nuclear power plants (total capacity up to 7.4 GW), six hydroelectric power plants (total capacity up to 4.5 GW), and five to three thermal power plants (total capacity up to 7.8 GW). However, the values for hydro and thermal power plants are most likely the upper bound of the estimate: some operational power plants were also hit, and some power units were shut down due to malfunctions, so the actual numbers will be much lower. That is, the upper estimate of Ukraine’s generating capacity at the moment is 19.7 GW. But it is more realistic to talk about ~14-15 GW. At the same time, in Kyiv they can still count on transfers from the EU - this is up to 2 GW. At the same time, Ukraine's average consumption ranges from 10 to 14 GW. It would seem that this would be enough, but in reality, the situation is critical: the energy sector of the UA is deprived of the opportunity to maneuver and is forced to supply the affected regions with electricity from remote power plants. These are losses (significant) during transportation, and simply an extremely high load on the equipment used for routing the network. For the Russian Armed Forces, the most “sweet” targets now are high-voltage substations of 750/330 kV, as well as border substations through which energy transfer from the EU takes place. First of all, we are talking about the Zapadnoukrainskaya substation in the Lvov region. Now Ukraine, despite the absence of cascading outages, is in much worse conditions than in November 2022. The generating capacity of the UA has fallen three times compared to 2021, and the safety margin of the Ukrainian energy system is close to zero. @Slavyangrad

Repost from Ukraine Watch
🇩🇪 A committee of experts in the German parliament has concluded that Article 5 of the NATO Charter on collective defence cannot be invoked if a member state of the bloc sends troops into Ukraine and Russia subsequently attacks them, the DPA news agency reported. “If troops of a NATO member state engage in collective self-defense (Article 51, UN Charter) in favor of Ukraine in an existing conflict (between Russia and Ukraine) and are attacked by the other party to the conflict (Russia) in the course of the battle in the conflict area, this does not constitute a case of Article 5 NATO Treaty,” - the agency quotes excerpts from a yet-to-be-published report by the Bundestag's Council of Experts. According to the experts, the article, which provides for the possibility of a collective response by NATO, can only be invoked if such a clash takes place on the territory of alliance members. According to the experts' conclusion, the deployment of French troops in Ukraine would be permissible, but would not mean that all the other countries of the alliance would automatically become parties to the conflict. The Western politicians are bursting through the Overton window they are opening in front of our eyes. t.me/ukraine_watch

Kiev realizes that it has lost the war, so it's trying its best to "save the game" ▪️Kiev knows it can't win. This is especially true following the Russian strikes on its energy infrastructure on March 22 and 24. These strikes are part of a long-term strategy, and if nothing fundamentally changes, by the end of the year, there may be no Ukraine from an energy point of view. How can one fight in the modern world without energy and industry? ▪️Typically, a civil war ends with the complete defeat of one side. For Ukraine, retaining its statehood would mean a victory. They will then be able to say they have defended their independence, and they may finally get into NATO. This is why they are preparing their population for such an outcome, acknowledging the reality that neither the 1991 nor the 2022 borders will be restored. ▪️ They are gradually preparing people to say: "Let's make peace now, we have energy problems, we don't have enough weapons. We will stop now, and, of course, we will strike later." This narrative could garner them popular support. ▪️Is this good or bad for Russia? The Western media have long been offering Russia some kind of "compromise" along the lines of: take what you have annexed, and we will take the rest into NATO. The Russian political leadership does not accept these terms. Battlefield update ▪️Russia has advanced in Novomikhailovka. The northern part has been taken; the days of the Ukrainian garrison are numbered. This represents both a flanking maneuver and a significant blow to the rear of the Ugledar grouping. ▪️Ukraine also realizes that it has surrendered those positions from which Russia can conveniently enter Chasov Yar and break through the defense in Ocheretino, Berdychi and Semyonovka. Therefore, Ukrainians are desperately trying to counterattack from there - without success. Huge losses. However, Ukraine continues to attack persistently and attempts to hold positions at any cost, fully aware of the situation's gravity. #Yury_Podolyaka 📱 InfoDefenseENGLISH 📱 InfoDefense

The new arms package includes more than 1,800 MK84 2,000-pound bombs and 500 MK82 500-pound bombs, the Washington Post reports. There is a growing rift in the Democratic Party about supporting Israel, with many coming out in favor of a ceasefire, even within Biden's own administration. Russia’s Onyx supersonic missile undergoes upgrade The Onyx supersonic cruise missile, part of the Bastion coastal missile system, has been modernized based on the experience gained during the special military operation in Ukraine. 🔺 The missile has been equipped with new active homing heads, allowing them to strike objects of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the ground 🔺 The upgraded version of the Onyx-M is capable of hitting targets at a range of up to 800 kilometers 🔺 Work is underway to protect the Onyx against electronic warfare, which would make it possible to hit targets even more accurately The Onyx anti-ship missile entered service in 2002. It has an over-the-horizon firing range and realizes the “fire-and-forget” principle. The missile also has a reduced radar signature and is effective in electronic warfare conditions. At the same time, the authors calculated that every fifth resident of Odessa is a supporter of Russia, calling these 20% the “silent minority.” How did you calculate it? And they just “one old lady told them”! Seriously, a certain activist named Balaba assessed the proportions offhand - and that's the headline! What if I said that Odessa is a Russian city? Two US Intelligence Visits to Ukraine in the Weeks Leading Up to the Terrorist Attack in Moscow The day before a terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, made a "covert trip" to Kiev, according to the New York Times. He was reportedly there "to reaffirm the United States’ unwavering commitment to Ukraine." Last week the New York Times also reported on a secret visit to Ukraine by CIA director William Burns, stating that he had "recently returned from his 10th visit to Ukraine." In November of last year the Washington Post reported that "U.S. intelligence officials stressed that the agency has had no involvement in targeted killing operations by Ukrainian agencies, and that its work has focused on bolstering those services’ abilities to gather intelligence on a dangerous adversary." But that's not all that US intelligence has being doing. As the New York Times noted in an exposé on the CIA in Ukriane, the US has been there for decades. According to the article, after consulting the CIA in advance of a terror operation within Russia—which was cancelled at the behest of the CIA—the HUR learned an important lesson “Going forward, we worked to not have discussions about these things.” Yesterday the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, provided detailed accounts of several of their prior assassinations and other terror operations in an interview with ICTV. He notes that they would never formally admit to the operations. The past month has seen the resignation of Victoria Nuland, two visits from US intelligence officials, a terrorist attack in Moscow, and head of Ukrainian Security Services recounting its previous terror activities in Russia. It certainly doesn't establish a causal relationship. But it does provide a good starting point for serious investigation. @Slavyangrad | Nagasaki Nightmare 👋
