I have submitted my resignation. I have also requested early release. My manager approved the request 2days back now it is pending with DM. He is not approving the request. How much time it will take to approve after that what is the process with HR to get early release. I have joining in other organization on Monday. Suggest me how to get release early.

I have submitted resignation and asked for early release. My manager has approved the request in E-seperation portal now it is pending with the DM. Can anyone tell me when the LWD date will be changing in the portal. After approval from DM what will be next steps to get the early release. Does DM will change tha date in the portal or do we need to reach out HR?
