I resigned in March but till now no offer in hand having interviews ahead. I'm thinking to rejoin infy back as it's been 3months not sure I'm going to get in to new one as my working project is not where to be found.
I tried giving interview related to Tosca and performance testing but in present job market they are focusing mainly on project then coming on to skill set
I tried sap and etl but they are asking in depth with troubleshooting.
So if I want to join back what can be the process I pinged my manager she just asked to share my profile.
Can I ask for any salary hike as minimum as possible as in HR round.
Please let me know on this is it best to do it and what can be possible for hike and my tenure with infy starts fresh is there any bond period again and more | 373 |
