FAQ: Was a new DV pause announced the day the old DV pause was cancelled by Judge Davila in Medani?
Answer: No. Many people are confused by it. I just saw on TikTok where Bernstein, one of the busiest immigration attorneys in New York, was also confused by that.
A new pause was not posted on 8/28. What you are looking at is the post from 12/2025 updated to say the Medani order cancelled it. Read what’s in blue only.

| 4 |  DV2027 litigation update: today in REL v. Rubio, TRO denied. But hearing on forthcoming motion for preliminary injunction set for Sept. 24, 2026 at 9:30 am.
Judge is particularly interested in more legal argument around the issue of whether REL is in the “zone of interest” who can sue Rubio to enforce the INA.

Answer: So far, in Ivanov, we have 38 Green Cards approved and in Medani - 80 Green Cards approved.
A few green cards have also been issued to plaintiffs in our individual and small group lawsuits, too.

Amazing news. In Red Eagle Law, L.C. v Edlow, Judge Breyer has granted, in part, our motion for preliminary injunction and motion for class certification.
What this means is that REL v Edlow plaintiffs AND CLASS MEMBERS no longer have to worry about what happens with Dorcas, because your relief from PM-602-0192/4 is now independent of Dorcas.
