#DV2020 update. The Gomez class counsel has shared the first draft of the motion that they plan to file with the Circuit Court of Appeals with us. The draft is good, but we want it to be as good as it can be. And so I need your help. Right now - the motion includes an exhibit that is a declaration from Gomez class counsel that explains how they have heard class members from Afghanistan, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Israel about how they are in danger because their DV-2020 visas have not been processed. They have not heard from DV-2020 class members in danger in other parts of the world. I found this surprising. if you are a DV-2020 selectee in Gaza or West Bank, Ukraine, Iraq, Iran, or any other conflict zone and you are in danger because your DV-2020 visa has not been processed, please contact [email protected] and tell them your story as soon as possible.
