| 3 |  DV2027 litigation update: today in REL v. Rubio, TRO denied. But hearing on forthcoming motion for preliminary injunction set for Sept. 24, 2026 at 9:30 am.
Judge is particularly interested in more legal argument around the issue of whether REL is in the “zone of interest” who can sue Rubio to enforce the INA.

Answer: So far, in Ivanov, we have 38 Green Cards approved and in Medani - 80 Green Cards approved.
A few green cards have also been issued to plaintiffs in our individual and small group lawsuits, too.
We continue to fight! 👊
However, REL is not taking on more DV-2026 clients.

Amazing news. In Red Eagle Law, L.C. v Edlow, Judge Breyer has granted, in part, our motion for preliminary injunction and motion for class certification.
What this means is that REL v Edlow plaintiffs AND CLASS MEMBERS no longer have to worry about what happens with Dorcas, because your relief from PM-602-0192/4 is now independent of Dorcas.
