The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirms its full commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip in all its terms, and to continuing work in accordance with it until the administration of Gaza is fully transferred to the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG).
In this context, we affirm that the responsible step taken by the government bodies in Gaza—represented in the dissolution of the Government Emergency Committee and the resignation of its head and the acting director of the Government Follow-up body, brother Mohammed al-Farra—comes within the framework of completing the necessary administrative and legal arrangements to transfer the administrative duties to the NCAG.
We warn against the ongoing attempts by the Zionist occupation to obstruct the implementation of the agreement and sabotage its course, and its pursuit to impose a reality of administrative vacuum aimed at deepening the suffering of our steadfast people and undermining efforts to restore normal life in Gaza.
We call upon the mediator brothers and the guarantor states to take urgent action and pressure the occupation to stop its attempts to obstruct the implementation of the agreement, and to expedite the enabling of NCAG to enter Gaza and assume its duties immediately, so as to thwart the occupation's plots, strengthen the steadfastness of our people, and alleviate their suffering.

Such stance aligns with the policy of the Zionist occupation aimed at targeting the agency and undermining its role.
UNRWA stands as an international witness to the Nakba (Catastrophe) of our Palestinian people, embodies the international responsibility toward Palestinian refugees, and its mandate is issued by the UN General Assembly, which makes any attempt to undermine or replace it a targeting of international legitimacy and an effort to liquidate the refugee issue and erase one of the most prominent international testimonies to the Nakba, in a violation of the historical and inalienable rights of our Palestinian people, foremost among them the right of return.

On the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture: We call for Prosecuting the Occupation Leaders for Heinous Crimes of Torture and Systematic Violations against Prisoners and Detainees in Zionist Jails, Preventing their Impunity, and Exerting All Forms of Pressure to Protect and Release them
The International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, annually observed by UN bodies on June 26th, comes at a time when the Zionist occupation continues its systematic violations against our prisoners and detainees in its prisons through psychological and physical torture, denial of the most basic human rights, including medical treatment, visits, and food, as well as solitary confinement, and the imposition of inhumane conditions on thousands of prisoners, including women, children, the elderly, doctors, healthcare workers, and civil servants who were kidnapped from their workplaces during the war of genocide.
This day constitutes an important opportunity to expose the crimes of torture practiced by the Zionist occupation inside its prisons, which represents a constant policy pursued by its fascist government against our prisoners, detainees, and captives in a flagrant violation and a clear disregard for all international conventions, laws, norms, and divine laws. It is also an opportunity to shed light politically, legally, humanely, and through media on their ongoing suffering and pain.
On the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, we, in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), call for the following:

The Occupation Continues its Genocidal War in the Gaza Strip, Employing a Policy of Blockade, Starvation, and Murder Against Children and Defenseless Civilians
Our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are facing an unprecedented humanitarian disaster, which is worsening day by day as a result of the ongoing Zionist occupation's war of extermination, through systematic killing, blockade and destruction, in flagrant violation of all international laws and norms, and in clear reneging on its obligations under the ceasefire agreement.
What our Palestinian people are experiencing today – the spread of hunger and poverty, the collapse of the health system, and the destruction of water and sanitation facilities, the worsening of environmental and living conditions, the disruption of the education system, and the increasing suffering of children, women and the elderly, confirm that the occupation continues to use starvation, deprivation and systematic destruction as tools to carry out its aggression against more than two million Palestinians in Gaza.
Despite the efforts exerted by humanitarian and relief organisations, the amount of aid reaching Gaza remains limited and falls short of the minimum actual requirements, given the restrictions imposed by the occupation on its entry and distribution, and its continued targeting of all the essentials of life, rendering the humanitarian response incapable of containing the scale of the disaster.
We stress that the continued entry of limited quantities of aid cannot serve as a substitute for ending the aggression and fully lifting the blockade, as the root cause of the disaster is the occupation and its criminal policies, not any shortcomings in relief or humanitarian work.
We, in the Hamas Movement, hold the Zionist occupation and the US administration that backs it, fully responsible for the aggravation of this humanitarian tragedy. We also condemn all attempts aimed at disrupting relief efforts or undermining community security and serving the occupation's agendas, thereby exacerbating the suffering of our besieged Palestinian people.
We call on Arab and Islamic states, the UN, and international organisations to fulfil their legal and humanitarian responsibilities, take urgent action to halt this war of extermination, lift the blockade in full, open all crossings, ensure the free and safe flow of humanitarian aid, and immediately commence the reconstruction of what the occupation has destroyed.

Hamas spokesperson, Hazem Qassem, Wednesday said the occupation continues its systematic war against Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip, deliberately targets and kills them, pointing to the killing of child Ahmed al-Riqeb this afternoon in a Zionist airstrike on Khan Younis city.

As we mourn the martyrs of Hebron, Issa Awad, 19, and Rida Awad, 15, we emphasize that all attempts by the criminal occupation to intimidate our people in the West Bank through systematic killing will end in failure and disappointment, and will only increase our people and resistance determination, strengthen our will to resist, and reinforce our commitment to our rights and our resolve to confront the occupation's arrogance and ongoing aggression.
We call upon the masses of our people in Hebron and across the West Bank to intensify all forms of resistance, rally at all points of confrontation with the occupation, confront the occupier's terrorism, protect our people and land, and deter the colonial settlers.

Targeting Journalists is a Systematic Zionist Crime to Silence the Truth and Cover up the Occupations's Crimes in Gaza
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirms that the Zionist occupation's continued targeting of Palestinian journalists, the latest of which was the targeting of Al Jazeera Mubasher cameraman Ahmed Weshah, is a new crime added to its record of crimes against Palestinian media and an attempt to silence voices reporting on the killing, destruction, and genocide endured by our people.
The Palestinian journalist has become a direct target of the Zionist killing machine as part of a systematic policy intended to suppress the truth and prevent the documentation of crimes and violations against innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip. This comes after Palestinian, Arab, and free international media outlets have exposed the occupation's practices and unveiled the humanitarian suffering of our people to the world.
Targeting journalists and media professionals, despite the protection provided to them under international humanitarian law and relevant international conventions, reflect a disregard for all international norms and laws and its insistence to continue its crimes with no deterrence or accountability.
We call on the UN, international rights groups, and media institutions to assume their responsibilities and take urgent action to stop the occupation's crimes against journalists and civilians, provide protection for them, and pursue accountability for the occupation's leaders before competent international for their continued crimes.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) mourns Palestinian prisoner Saber Al-Amital, from the occupied Naqab region, who died in the occupation's prisons following brutal arrest and assault, as part of the fascist torture policy adopted by the occupation's prison administration against Palestinian prisoners.
We warn of the consequences of the continued policies of deprivation, medical neglect, abuse, physical torture and slow killing pursued by the occupation against our prisoners, which have so far left 91 martyrs from the prisoners' movement since the start of the genocidal war.
These criminal policies will not succeed in breaking the resolve of our valiant prisoners, and we hold the occupation, its extremist government, and its criminal prison administration fully responsible for the lives of our heroic prisoners, particularly the sick and wounded.
We call upon the Palestinian people to step up action in support of the prisoners and keep their cause at the forefront in all forums. We also urge the international community and rights groups to take serious action and exert pressure on the occupation to put an end to these escalating violations against the prisoners.
