The intensive Zionist airstrikes on the Gaza Strip over the past few hours, including the destruction of residential and industrial buildings in the Jabalia refugee camp and the neighborhoods of Al-Yarmouk and Al-Zaytoun in Gaza City, and a mosque and its surrounding residential area in the Bureij refugee camp, along with issuing evacuation warnings for a number of buildings and neighborhoods, all constitute continuation of the genocidal war against innocent civilians in Gaza and a clear reneging on the ceasefire agreement.
It has become clear that the terrorist occupation government is seeking to escalate the pace of its aggression, renege on all its commitments under the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement, and continue its brutal war, killing, and destruction in Gaza, which have not stopped for a single day since the agreement was signed.
The US administration, as the sponsor of the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement, along with the guarantor states and mediators, must take action to confront the occupation's criminal behavior and the blatant disregard of the war criminal Netanyahu's government towards the mediators' role, as well as to compel it to halt its violations and aggression against our defenseless people.

Hamas Chief Addresses Leaders of Mediator States to Act Swiftly to Halt the Occupation's Violations and Ensure Success of Transition to the Ceasefire's Next Phase
The head of the Hamas Movement's Political Bureau, Dr. Khalil al-Hayya, on Thursday sent letters to the leaders of the mediator states – Egypt, Qatar and Türkiye – on the implementation of the ceasefire deal, urging them to make every necessary effort to compel the Zionist occupation to cease its violations and fulfil its obligations under the signed agreements, whilst outlining the violations committed by the occupation on a daily basis in the Gaza Strip.
"The Zionist occupation continues its violations, and in recent days it has deliberately stepped up its crimes and bloody breaches in an attempt to derail the reaching of an agreement that would bring security, stability, and a dignified life to our people," al-Hayya stated in his letter.
He added that these violations have affected all aspects of life in Gaza, including the deliberate killing, which left thousands of innocent civilians killed, and the destruction of hundreds of homes and facilities, as well as the re-occupation of new areas, and the continued obstruction of food, medicine, essential supplies, and humanitarian aid from entering Gaza. He also noted that since the signing of the ceasefire agreement in October last year, the number of martyrs reached 1,143, of whom 409 were women, children and the elderly, while the total number of wounded people stood at 3,616, of whom 1,789 were children, women and the elderly.
The Hamas chief considered that these serious and deliberate violations indicate that the Zionist occupation is deliberately defying the will of the guarantors and the international community in their efforts to complete the agreement - President Trump's plan - and move on to its second phase, necessitating swift action by the guarantors to preserve it and ensure the success of efforts to complete its phases.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemns the large-scale incursions carried out by thousands of colonial-settlers into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, who were joined by the extremist minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, members of the occupation government and the Knesset, and a number of rabbis, and considers them a dangerous escalation and a blatant act of aggression aimed at Judaising the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, as part of the occupation's project to perpetuate its complete control over Jerusalem and its Islamic holy sites.
We warn of the consequences of the colonial-settlers' exploitation of claimed religious occasions to expand their incursions and perform Talmudic rituals within the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque. We affirm that these blatant aggressive acts will backfire on the occupation and its colonial-settlers, as our people and resistance will not stand idly by in the face of desecrating the holy sites.
We emphasize that the Al-Aqsa Mosque will remain the exclusive right of Muslims and that all measures taken by the occupation and the incursions of its colonial-settlers are null and void. Furthermore, the will of our people and their steadfast commitment to Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa will remain an impenetrable bulwark against the Judaization projects until the end of the occupation.
We call upon the masses of our people in Jerusalem, the West Bank and the occupied territories of 1948 to make their way to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and maintain strong presence in its courtyards, as this constitutes the first line of defence against the occupation's plans aimed at altering the mosque's identity and obliterating its Arab and Islamic features.
We also urge Arab and Islamic states, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League to shoulder their political and religious responsibilities, take practical and urgent steps to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque, halt the ongoing aggression targeting Jerusalem and its holy sites, and not to limit the reactions to mere condemnatory statements.

⭕️ Our first and clear priority is the full cessation of aggression, the killing and terror of the occupation, and achieving a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. We call upon the states sponsoring the negotiation path to exert real pressure on the extremist right-wing occupation government to implement what has been agreed upon and to complete the transition to the next (second) phase.
⭕️ We affirm our absolute rejection of anything that diminishes the legitimate rights of our people under international law, especially our right to liberation, statehood, and self-determination.
⭕️ We express our appreciation to the mediator brothers in Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye, who have been working with us since the start of the negotiations and to where we have reached, and who are exerting every effort to stop the bloodshed and genocide committed by the occupation.
⭕️ The second priority is restoring a dignified human life for our people in Gaza, thwarting all conspiracies—especially displacement—and accelerating reconstruction. This is an inherent right of our people, not a gift or a favor from anyone, and it cannot be linked to any trade-offs, concessions, or political stances.

GAZA - The Gaza Civil Defense on Wednesday condemned an Israeli airstrike that killed an entire family - the father, the mother, and their four children - in their home, describing it as a "crime against humanity." The strike targeted a residential apartment in Gaza City without warning early yesterday (Tuesday), sparking a fire that trapped the family inside.
In a statement, the Civil Defense added that the tragedy is one of many "painful humanitarian scenes" that have become routine in Gaza, noting that it has been operating in a state of "great incapacity" throughout the war, unable to fulfill its full humanitarian responsibilities as the sole agency mandated under international law to provide emergency response.
The Civil Defense stressed that the occupation deliberately targets homes and civilians "in one time," which "disrupts humanitarian interventions and multiplies the scale of crimes."

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) extends its deepest condolences and sincerest sympathies to our brothers in the Republic of Algeria, following the tragic fire incident that erupted at an orphanage in the capital, Algiers, which claimed the lives of a number of residents and left several others injured.
We express our full solidarity with the families of the victims and with Algeria, both leadership and people, in the wake of this tragic incident. We pray to Allah to bestow the martyrs with His mercy and to grant the injured a speedy recovery, wishing Algeria continued prosperity and stability.

The brutal Zionist aggression continues across all areas of the Gaza Strip, the latest of which today's airstrikes that left at least five civilians killed and dozens others injured, in a recurring scene from the ongoing genocide against our Palestinian people, constituting a complete disregard by the criminal Zionist entity for the ceasefire agreement and an attempt to impose a reality in Gaza under fire and siege.
We renew our demand to the mediators and guarantor states of the agreement to act in accordance with their legal and political responsibilities to halt these daily massacres against our Palestinian people, and to compel the government of war criminal Netanyahu to respect its commitments under the agreement.
We call upon the free peoples of the world to intensify their solidarity action with our Palestinian people and their just cause, pressure the occupation and its backers to stop the crime of the century that is being committed daily, impose a comprehensive boycott on it, and make it pay the price for its ongoing crimes and assaults against our Palestinian people.

We condemn in the strongest terms the agreement between the criminal Zionist entity and the incoming Colombian government, under which diplomatic relations between them will be resumed, in addition to the opening of a Colombian embassy in occupied Jerusalem, and consider this decision as irresponsible, an infringement on the rights of our Palestinian people, and a retreat from the noble stance of the Colombian people in standing up for just causes.
We call on the incoming Colombian government to immediately reverse this dangerous decision, which contravenes the provisions of international law and UN resolutions, and not to grant the government of war criminal Netanyahu any diplomatic cover or support, at a time when its international isolation is growing due to its unprecedented crimes against our Palestinian people and peoples of the region.
