જુલાઈ ૯નો દિવસ એડિસનના ભક્તો માટે સોનેરો દિવસ હતો. આ દિવસે સ્વામિશ્રી ૨૫૦૦, વુડબ્રિજ એવન્યુ ઉપર આવેલા આ વેરહાઉસે જોવા પધાર્યા અને આ જગ્યા લઈ લેવાની આજ્ઞા કરી. સંતો-અને હરિભક્તોએ સામેથી આવીને ફૂલ વર્ષાવી કરી અને તે દિવસમાં અહીં સુંદર મંદિર થશે તેવી આશીર્વાદ સ્વામિશ્રીએ ઉચ્ચારી. એડિસનમાં જજમા લીધી છે તેવી વાત વિચરણના અહેવાલમાં જણાવતાં સ્વામિશ્રી સ્વ-હસ્તાક્ષરમાં લખે છે. “ન્યુજર્સીમાં છ એકર જમીન લીધી છે, એટલે અહીં પણ સત્સંગ છે તે હવે વધશે તો સર્વે રાજી રહેજો....” સત્સંગ વધશે તે વિશે સ્વામિશ્રીએ આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા!

July 9 (1990) was a very special day for the devotees of Edison, NJ. On this day, Swamishri came to visit a warehouse on 2500 Woodbridge Avenue and gave instructions to purchase this land. He himself showered flower petals around the site and gave blessings that this site will one day be a majestic mandir. In his travel reports, Swamishri himself writes, “A six-acre piece of land in New Jersey has been purchased. Because of this, the present satsang will grow. May you all remain happy.” With these words, Swamishri prophesied the growth of satsang in New Jersey.

જુલાઈ તા ગુરુપૂર્ણિમાના શુભ દિને સ્વામિશ્રી વુડબ્રિજમાં વિચરણ માટે પધાર્યા. “કલ્ચરલ ફેસ્ટિવલ ઑફ ઇન્ડિયા”ની તૈયારી માટે સ્થળની મુલાકાત લેવા હાથમાં દુખાવો હોવા છતાં જજુમ્યા લેવા માટે સ્વામિશ્રી પધાર્યા. ઘણાં હરિભક્તો સાથે રાત્રિના મોડા સુધી ભક્તોને મળતા રહ્યા અને આરામમાં પધાર્યા।.

On July 8, 1990, the auspicious day of Guru Punam, Swamishri arrived in Watchung, NJ. Despite the pain in his hand, Swamishri arrived here to inspect locations in preparations for C.F.I. Additionally, he personally met with haribhaktos late into the night.

ભક્તો સાથે ડાબરા ઉત્સવ કરવા સ્વામિશ્રી હોલ્મડેલ પાર્કમાં પધાર્યા. પ્રકૃતિના ખોળે સુંદર વાતાવરણમાં ભક્તોએ તૈયાર કરેલા હિંડોળામાં બિરાજી મહોત્સવનો લાભ આપ્યો. કથાવાર્તા દરમ્યાન સૌને જાણાવી મહોત્સવ સાથે કેવલમ કેવલમ એક ઇન્ડિયા અને ઉજવણી છે એ વાત કરી.

Swamishri celebrated Dabra Utsav with the devotees at Holmdel Park. Swamishri sat on a decorated swing amongst the park’s natural beauty. It was here that Swamishri announced that we would celebrate the “Cultural Festival of India” in America as part of Yogiji Maharaj’s centennial celebrations.

સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૨, જલઝીલણી એકાદશી. આ ઉત્સવ ઉજવવા માટે એટલાન્ટિક મહાસાગર દરે બેલમાર બીચ ખાતે, અનેકોથી વધુ હરિભક્તોની હાજરીમાં સ્પેશિયલ બોટમાં હરિ કૃષ્ણ મહારાજને જળવિહાર કરાવી, એટલાન્ટિક મહાસાગરમાં પ્રથમવાર ગણપતિ વિસર્જન કરી લાભ આપ્યો. સાંજે જાહેર સભામાં લાભ આપ્યો, વ્યક્તિગત સૌને મળી, પત્રલેખન, મુલાકાતો બાદ રાત્રિના બાર વાગે આરામમાં પધાર્યા.

On September 22, Swamishri went to Belmar Beach, NJ. Here, he celebrated the Jal-Jhilani Ekadashi Festival with over 250 devotees on a special boat in the Atlantic Ocean. Swamishri bathed Harikrishna Maharaj and performed the immersion rituals for Ganpati. After sabha, Swamishri met each of the devotees, wrote a few letters, and finally went to rest at midnight..
