La percezione della temperatura è personale ed è strettamente correlata allo stato di salute della pelle ed alla effettiva funzionalità dei suoi pori.
Se si è passata una vita a sottoporre il proprio corpo a shock termici, uso dell'aria condizionata, assenza di attività fisica, saune, lunghe camminate, ecc. sarà normale "soffrire il caldoh"❗️
In estrema sintesi, le soluzioni sono coppettazione, bagni caldi, attività sportiva, stretching, cura dei vestiti ed altri accorgimenti nelle abitudini di vita.
