1️⃣ The Rule of Knowing Your Number
የራስህን ቁጥር እወቅ
በወር በእርጋታ ለመኖር በእርግጥ ምን ያህል ገንዘብ እንደሚያስፈልግህ እወቅ።
ምግብ፣ ቤት፣ መጓጓዣ፣ ቤተሰብ፣ ዕዳ እና ሌሎች መሰረታዊ ወጪዎችህን አስላ።
ይህን የኑሮህ “Freedom Number” ብለህ ማሰብ ትችላለህ።
ለምሳሌ፣ በወር 50,000 ብር ያስፈልግሃል እንበል።
100,000 ብር ገቢ ስላለህ ብቻ አትደሰት።
50,000 ብር የት እንደሚሄድ እና የቀረውን 50,000 ምን እንደምታደርገው እወቅ።
ቁጥርህን ካላወቅህ፣ የገንዘብ ውሳኔዎችህ በግምት ላይ ይመሰረታሉ።

2️⃣ The Rule of Credit as Leverage
ዕዳን እንደ መሳሪያ ተመልከተው
Credit ወይም የብድር ታሪክ ለማሳየት የሚፈለግ ነገር አይደለም።
መሳሪያ ነው።
ጥሩ የክሬዲት ታሪክ ወደፊት የገንዘብ አማራጮችህን ሊያሰፋ ይችላል።
መጥፎ የብድር ታሪክ ደግሞ አማራጮችህን ሊያጠብብህ ይችላል።
ዕዳ ለማሳየት አይደለም።
በትክክል ለመጠቀም ነው።

3️⃣ The Rule of Tax Awareness Early
ታክስን ቀድመህ ተማር
ብዙ ሰዎች ለዓመታት ይሰራሉ፤ ግብርን ግን ዘግይተው ይማራሉ።
ይህ ሊያስከፍልህ ይችላል።
ገቢህ እንዴት እንደሚታክስ፣ ንግድህ ላይ ምን ግዴታዎች እንዳሉ እና የተለያዩ የንግድ መዋቅሮች ምን እንደሚለያዩ ቀድመህ ተረዳ።
ይህ ታክስን ለመሸሽ አይደለም።
ህጋዊ ግዴታህን ለመረዳት ነው።

4️⃣ The Rule of Cash Flow First, Status Later
መጀመሪያ Cash Flow፣ ከዚያ Status
አዲስ ስልክ፣ መኪና፣ ልብስ፣ ውድ ምግብ…
እነዚህ መጥፎ ነገሮች አይደሉም።
ግን ከመግዛትህ በፊት አንድ ጥያቄ ጠይቅ፦
“ይህ ገንዘብ ወደ እኔ ገንዘብ ይመልሳል?”
ካልመለሰ፣ የምትገዛው ነገር ሀብት ሳይሆን የኑሮ ወጪህን የሚጨምር ነገር ሊሆን ይችላል።
Cash flow ትዕግስትን ይገዛል።
ትዕግስት ደግሞ የተሻለ ውሳኔ እንድትወስን ያግዝሃል።

5️⃣ The Rule of Downside Protection
መጀመሪያ ያለህን ጠብቅ
ሁልጊዜ፦
“እንዴት ብዙ እንደማገኝ?”
ብለህ ብቻ አታስብ።
እንዲሁም፦
“ገቢዬ ቢቆምስ?”
ብለህ ጠይቅ።
Emergency Fund ይኑርህ።
የሚመለከቱህን የኢንሹራንስ አማራጮች ተረዳ።
መሰረትህ ጠንካራ ሲሆን፣ ስጋት መውሰድ ከፍርሃት ይልቅ በስሌት ይሆናል።

6️⃣ The Rule of Pricing Your Time
የጊዜህን ዋጋ እወቅ
የምታገኘውን ገንዘብ ብቻ አትቁጠር።
የምታጠፋውን ጊዜም ቁጠር።
አንድ ሰዓትህ ምን ያህል ዋጋ አለው?
ይህን ጥያቄ ስትጠይቅ፣ ጊዜህን ለሁሉም ነገር መሸጥ እንደማትችል ትገነዘባለህ።
አንዳንድ ጊዜ ለገንዘብ ትሰራለህ።
አንዳንድ ጊዜ ለክህሎት፣ ግንኙነት፣ ልምድ እና leverage ትሰራለህ።
የገንዘብ ጨዋታው የሚቀየረው ከዚህ ነው።

7️⃣ The Rule of Optionality
አማራጮችን ገንባ
ሕይወት ሁልጊዜ እንደፈለግክ አትሄድም።
ስራ ሊጠፋ ይችላል።
ንግድ ሊወድቅ ይችላል።
ገበያ ሊቀየር ይችላል።
ስለዚህ ግብህ 100% እርግጠኛ ሆነህ መኖር አይደለም።
አማራጮችን መገንባት ነው።

ዛሬ ትንሽ ሊመስል ይችላል።
ነገ ግን ትልቅ ችግር ሊሆን ይችላል።
ሰነዶችህን አደራጅ።
ውሎችን አንብብ።
የግብር ጉዳዮችህን ተከታተል።
የሕግ ጉዳዮችን ችላ አትበል።
ሀብት መገንባት ገንዘብ ማግኘት ብቻ አይደለም።
ያለህን መጠበቅም ነው።

የኑሮ ወጪ፣

የሰዎች ትስስር፣
ቴክኖሎጂ፣

ሁሉም ቦታ አንድ አይደሉም።
ስለዚህ አንዳንድ ጊዜ ትልቁ የገንዘብ ውሳኔህ አዲስ ስልክ መግዛት አይደለም።
የት እንደምትኖር መለወጥ ሊሆን ይችላል።

Mark Zuckerberg just announced that Meta is opening Muse up so developers can build connectors directly into its AI agent, and this is a much bigger deal than “Muse got some integrations.”
The model is basically:
You bring the API.
Muse brings the agent, browser, and context
So instead of a customer opening your app, learning your interface, clicking through six screens, and figuring out how to use your software…
They could simply tell their AI:
“Find me the best option and book it.”
“Pull my meeting notes and turn them into tasks.”
“Cancel the subscriptions I’m not using.”
“Find three contractors, compare them, and schedule the best one.”
And the agent figures out which services to use and does the work
Meta launched Muse only days ago as a personal agent capable of taking actions like sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms and making purchases. Now they’re opening the ecosystem to outside developers
This changes what businesses need to optimize for
For 20+ years, the game was getting humans to your website
