On February 28, Iran formally requested that the Security Council convene an emergency session to investigate the #US and the #Zionist regime attacks — and to act to halt the unlawful use of force and ensure accountability. The Security Council convened an emergency session that same day.
📝 Thus, the issue today is not whether Iran approached the UN. Iran did.
