Circle, Region, and Division offices are no longer required to manually add trainees** in the DKY Portal. All new trainees added in the APT 2.0 System who are due for training will now be automatically available** in the DKY Portal for signup. Trainees are only required to complete the signup process by validating their Mobile Number and Email ID** on the DKY Portal. During signup, the remaining profile information will be automatically fetched and synchronized from the APT 2.0** database, ensuring that the DKY profile is updated with the latest and most accurate information. ** Once the signup process is completed successfully, trainees can immediately access the DKY Portal and their assigned training activities. ## Key Benefits ** โœ… Eliminates the need for manual trainee creation by Circle, Region, and Division offices. ** โœ… Ensures real-time synchronization of trainee data between APT 2.0 and the DKY Portal. ** โœ… Reduces administrative effort and minimizes data inconsistencies. ** โœ… Provides a faster, more secure, and seamless onboarding experience. ** โœ… Ensures trainee profiles always reflect the latest information available in the APT 2.0 database. Reset verification of transfer requests by Circle on need basis. Marking the posts as withheld by Circle - Rule-3 transfer(Roster). However, a number of references received from a few circles regarding reversion of verification status, withholding of the post etc. Therefore, It has been decided to open the window for Verification/Withhold till 5 P.M. tomorrow (01.07.2026). Circles are requested to take necessary action, if any, within the extended window, as no further extension will be given. CEPT is requested to take necessary action and the result generation activity may be put on hold till the time window is opened.
