In our Spaces chat last night, the subject of Trump’s effort in his NY case to rely on yesterday’s SCOTUS presidential immunity decision to obtain relief from the jury’s verdict in that case. I commented that the effort seemed to be a stretch.
Now, having read the letter to Judge Merchan, I confess I was wrong.
This is a serious attempt to obtain a mistrial- not because Trump’s team asserts his personal checks were “official acts” (which I erroneously assumed to be the argument), but because Judge Merchan, over Trump’s lawyers’ objections, allowed the prosecution to introduce evidence of Trump’s official acts to support a guilty verdict with respect to private acts.
In the Supreme Court’s immunity opinion, Chief Justice Roberts rejected the argument that a jury should be allowed to consider a president’s immune, official conduct in deciding whether he is guilty for non-immune, private conduct.
Roberts wrote that allowing official acts, immune conduct to help secure a conviction for unofficial acts, “will heighten the prospect that the President’s official decisionmaking will be distorted,” thereby defeating “the ‘intended effect’ of immunity.”
In sum, by permitting the jury to consider official presidential acts by Trump in deciding his guilt or innocence for private acts, the NY court did precisely what the Supreme Court said yesterday was forbidden.
Trump has a strong argument that he’s entitled to a new trial in NY.

24 This is something I didn't think I would see when I purchased my first device two years ago but it is happening. Communications is the most important aspect to prepping in my opinion because it affects how one gathers information in order to make informed decisions. Have multiple redundant, parallel systems of communications provides a reliable set of options for Intel gathering. 25 5th Generation Warfare is covert warfare where the target doesn't know they are being attacked or by whom. The attacks take place in the human domain, meaning that individuals and groups of individuals are attacked. The attacks target the first stage of what'd called the OODA Loop. OODA stands for:
Observe
Orient
Decide
Act
If the attack takes place at the first stage of observation, then the consequent decisions that are made are bad decisions because the person never has the chance to observe what's really taking place and orient themselves properly. Gas lighting has this effect. It's like someone pissing on your head and telling you its raining. Sorry to use that analogy but that's the easiest way to explain it and that's essentially what's going on. The perpetrators own the media and they have weaponized it and are carrying out this form of warfare. They seek to tear down the government and institute something terrifying. The political parties and ideologies are simply tools to this end. Dividing us into groups helps them in their conquest. We must first learn about this form of warfare and understand and acknowledge that it exists. Then we must learn ways to defend ourselves against it. It is not enough to think someone else will take care of it and go about your daily lives. Whether you like it or not, war is being waged on all of us, including you.
The war is unrestricted. There are no rules and limits. Currently, the enemy is using the manipulation of information to control perceptions of the sheeple but understand that there's no restrictions to what the enemy is doing. Unrestricted warfare and 5th generation warfare are not the same thing but both can be applied together and that's what's happening. Psychological operations can be used in conjunction with false flag and sabotage operations. This is where we are at. Sobering up to this reality is not easy and may seem like a burden. It's tough seeing other people all around under the spell. Trust me. I know. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the Matrix. If this is something you have come to realize, then also know that you are not alone. There are others like you, such as myself, who have found a way out of their mind control systems. If you've seen the Divergent Movie series, then you know what I mean when I say it's like being "factionless."
You're not factionless though. You're awake. You're like me and others like us exist in large numbers. That's what this channel represents. Let us continue to educate others about 5th generation warfare and seek new ways to defend ourselves from it. Then, let's take the fight to them. If the war is on for our minds, then we have had our own minds weaponized against us. Let's turn that around by using our minds against the forces of evil. We can start that process by turning our minds to the supreme Mind of all: GOD. I don't care which religion you follow or if you follow a religion at all. If there's any part of you that instinctively knows that there's some form of a higher power, then turn your focus to that. Tune in every essence of your life to the frequency and vibration of spiritual existence and harmonize yourself with the Divine Mind. I believe our true nature to be Divine. As such, Divine Mind is the key to defeating evil. Transcending ourselves to the higher plane of existence destroys all malicious attempts to control us. We can synchronize ourselves constantly throughout the day by focussing on this idea and by having the faith of a mustard seed that we will succeed.
One more thing, I believe that building parallel systems is going to be very important in the future. Parallel systems of government, economy, defense and communication are just a few areas. A parallel communications network has already begun to take shape in Arizona. In addition to ham radio and ARDEN mesh nodes, the Phoenix area and Tucson area are now connected via meshtastic nodes.
