⭕️ CNN reports, citing an “informed source,” that Israel has shared intelligence with the U.S. that Iran is planning to assassinate Donald Trump.
Sources also told CNN that the Israeli intelligence has not been vetted by the U.S. with some officials suggesting that the Israeli report was a ploy by the Israelis to sway Trump’s decision-making as he weighs whether to further intensify American strikes against Iran.

Zini was appointed by Netanyahu in order to replace the former chief Ronan Bar who was involved in investigating Netanyahu for corruption.
Zini’s remarks drew criticism from the Israeli opposition who accuse Zini of being ideologically loyal to Netanyahu as opposed to the state:
