| 3 | Michael James Duntley, 59, known as “Spider Mike” and the self-proclaimed “President of Antifa,” was confronted by his Portland landlord during a profanity-filled livestream after his screaming, banging, drinking, and disruptive behavior frightened her inside the residence. When Duntley challenged her to call police, she informed him she already had, prompting him to curse at her and order her out despite her having provided him housing after he was previously kicked out elsewhere. Duntley regularly participates in anti-ICE demonstrations outside Portland’s ICE facility and has a history of confrontations there. He was accused in January of knocking an elderly disabled veteran from his mobility scooter but was not prosecuted for that incident. In March, he used his truck and a chain to rip a city stop sign from the ground near the ICE facility and was later arrested for reckless endangering, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Duntley pleaded guilty to reckless endangering, received one year of supervised probation, and was ordered to remain at least 300 feet away from the Portland ICE building.

They are not asking the administration to presume wrongdoing, but to reconcile the records and publicly establish what happened.
