| 7 |  HENRY’S US SESSION MARKET UPDATE
Henry observes that the H1 structure remains bearish after price failed to sustain above the 4,110 – 4,120 Resistance Zone and continued forming lower highs. The recent sell-off swept through the PDL around 4,028, confirming that downside liquidity remains the primary target.
From an SMC perspective, the market is currently trading inside a bearish delivery range, with price moving away from the upper supply area and seeking liquidity below. The nearest reaction zone sits around 4,000 – 4,010, while the broader objective remains the Swing Support Zone at 3,975 – 3,985.
As long as price remains below 4,080 – 4,120, Henry maintains a bearish outlook. Any short-term rally is likely to be viewed as a liquidity grab unless accompanied by a bullish break of structure on H1.
Henry’s View: Order flow remains bearish, with liquidity below current price continuing to attract market participation.

| 9 |  📊 STANDARD DEVIATION IN SMC - MEASURING A HEALTHY PULLBACK
Henry has noticed that many traders judge a pullback based purely on instinct: "It looks deep enough." In trading, every decision should be supported by an objective measurement. That's exactly where the Standard Deviation (SD) Channel becomes a valuable SMC tool. Instead of guessing, it helps you determine whether a pullback is still within the expected range of the trend or has become unusually deep. A 1 SD pullback is generally healthy, 2 SD requires caution, and anything beyond 3 SD may signal that it's time to reassess your market bias. When combined with the OTE Fibonacci zone, SD Channel provides a much clearer framework for evaluating retracements and avoiding emotional decisions. Successful trading isn't about guessing, it's about making decisions based on objective data.

Henry just wants to give everyone a quick reminder about the key trading zone we've been watching.
The BUY zone at 4041 – 4039 remains a very attractive area to monitor. It aligns with a major key level, a previous reaction zone, and a potential liquidity area where the market may decide its next move.
If price pulls back into this zone and prints confirmation such as price rejection, a CHoCH, or a BOS on the lower timeframes, we can confidently consider a BUY position with an attractive Risk-to-Reward ratio.
What Henry doesn't want you to do is chase the market after it has already moved. Let price come back to your planned entry, because the best trades always begin with patience.
Sometimes, waiting for the right level is more valuable than entering the market too early.

From the SMC perspective, this zone represents a potential liquidity trap for late buyers before the broader bearish trend resumes. Based on the Sonic R structure, the current bullish movement appears to be a corrective retracement rather than a confirmed trend reversal, increasing the probability of renewed selling pressure upon rejection. A fixed 10-point stop loss provides disciplined risk management while targeting the next liquidity levels below.

These moves can create fear among buyers and encourage premature selling, but they may also become the final step before demand starts to emerge.
