As part of ongoing efforts to prevent the spread of Ebola and following a dynamic risk assessment, we have provided updated guidance on the completion of Health Declaration Forms.
🔵Travellers from countries with active or relevant Ebola transmission may be required to complete the Health Declaration Form.
🔵Passengers arriving from all other countries are EXEMPT from completing the form at this time.
🔵Travellers are encouraged to remain vigilant and promptly seek medical attention if they develop symptoms consistent with Ebola.

In Week 35 and 36 of 2026, Nigeria recorded decreased Lassa fever activity.
In Week 35, a total of 205 new suspected cases were reported, along with 18 new confirmed cases and 5 new confirmed death.
In Week 36, 153 new suspected cases, 12 confirmed cases and 1 confirmed death was recorded, with cases reported across 24 states and 118 Local Government Areas (LGAs).
While the number of confirmed cases seems to fluctuate, the continued detection of cases and deaths reinforces the need for constant vigilance, early detection and prompt response.
Everyone has a role to play in preventing Lassa fever.
