You could say that Vitality was the best team when they were winning five tournaments in a row, it was kind of obvious. But we lost to JiJieHao, we had a close game with BIG, we lost to MOUZ in a grand final, but it's very hard to tell. I don't think you have to think about that, what's the point of thinking right now who's the best team. Just watch who is winning the tournaments and then you can decide. I think if we win this one, you can say Spirit right now is the best team. After this championship we have one month of not playing, and then when we play in Katowice at ESL Pro League, would we still be the best team? For sure every team is different. I would probably say… I'm not going to talk about the teams, I am going to talk about myself. I feel like when I stood in for Liquid I just played, and we tried to win as many rounds as possible. With MOUZ I tried to be someone that I'm not, someone that just does the role and tries to survive on site, do whatever it takes to be the perfect teammate. Helping, surviving, doing flashes, whatever.
With Vitality I try to take on the responsibilities of a player, mezii in this case, and just be myself afterwards. I feel like I cannot play my best game being someone else. So that's the main difference individually. | 4 666 |

After aliStair's departure in 2025, FlyQuest brought on Romanian AWPer Iulian "regali" Harjău, who posted a 1.11 rated during his year with the team, and then João "story" Vieira took over for the first half of 2026, posting a 1.10 before returning to Portugal to play with SAW.
aliStair, who didn't hit those numbers during his previous tenure with FlyQuest, averaging a 1.02 rating, is back not only as the team's AWPer, but will also be taking over the reins of in-game leadership. This move will free up Joshua "INS" Potter, who was the team's statistical leader before taking up the role of IGL in 2025.

hAdji first rose to prominence on Envy's academy roster before earning promotion to the senior team in February 2018. He went on to represent organizations including 3DMAX, LDLC, Falcons and Monte.

Well, we lose a voice. We lose a person that is really calm. While Justin is calm as well, but a bit more crazy, and we have enough crazy people in the team, I would say, so it creates a bit of chaos sometime before maps, et cetera. We lose a person that is one of also the best supports in his roles, et cetera. So it's not easy to lose him. But Justin has been a phenomenal stand-in. But I'm a bit sad for Will in a way that he had to go away for this tournament because he didn't have the best first part of the season, at the end of the first part of the season, individually, and in EWC I felt like he came back to a better level and he had to quit us, and that was a bit sad for him because he can do so well and we know how important he is for the team.
