The 21-year-old will fill the void created by the departure of Klimentii "kl1m" Krivosheev, who is returning to 🗡 G2 after the end of his loan spell. Earlier this month, Dust2 Brasil reported that nqz and Santino "try" Rigal were MIBR's main alternatives to kl1m, who averaged a 1.23 rating while playing with the Brazilian team.
nqz's signing was reportedly requested by star player Felipe "insani" Yuji, who recently decided against moving to 🇧🇷 Legacy in the summer. He has been offered a contract extension by MIBR, whom he joined in 2021 as an academy player before his promotion to the main roster in 2023.

| 15 |  🗡 G2 have announced that they have completed the signing of Ukrainian AWPer Artem "r1nkle" Moroz from 🇸🇪 Ninjas in Pyjamas to fill the vacancy created by Álvaro "SunPayus" García's benching.
Signed from 🇺🇦 B8 in April 2024 to replace compatriot Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov, r1nkle showed flashes of potential in his first 18 months with the team. However, a poor run of form at the start of 2026 saw him average a 1.02 rating against top-50 opposition, forcing the team to seek a different AWPer after they failed to qualify for the IEM Cologne Major.
r1nkle will make his first appearance for G2 in BLAST Bounty Season 2, which will kick off on July 21. In August, the team will be attending the $2 million Esports World Cup in Paris.
