وكيل الخارجية للشؤون السياسية يعقد اجتماعا تنسيقيا موسعا للوزارات والمؤسسات الوطنية لتطوير العلاقة مع منظمة التعاون الإسلامي عقد وكيل وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين للشؤون السياسية السفير د. عمر عوض الله إجتماعاً موسعاً مع الوزارات والمؤسسات الوطنية وبحضور اكثر من 19 وزارة ومؤسسة، ممثلة بوكلاء الوزارات والمستشارين، ورؤساء الإدارات، وخاصة تلك الجهات المعنية في العلاقة مع منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، حيث بحث سُبل تطوير علاقات دولة فلسطين مع منظمة التعاون الاسلامي وأجهزتها ولجانها الدائمة. واستعرض د. عوض الله الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية في الأرض الفلسطيني المحتلة، والعلاقة مع منظمة التعاون الاسلامي وأهمية ومكانة دولة فلسطين فيها، ودعا إلى بحث التصورات والآليات اللازمة للمُضي قدماً نحو بلورة آليات وخطط عمل موحدة وشاملة للتعاون مع اجهزة منظمة التعاون الاسلامي والبالغ عددها 47 كيان. وأكد السفير عوض الله على أهمية دور كل وزارة بمجال اختصاصها في تطوير مستوى التعاون مع المنظمة بما يحقق المصلحة المشتركة بين دولة فلسطين ومنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، وكذلك الدول الاسلامية وشعوبها، والاستفادة من الفرص في أسواق هذه الدول، والعمل مع مؤسساتها وتقديم الدعم اللازم بشكل ثنائي او من خلال مؤسسات المنظمة وبما يتوائم مع مكانة دولة فلسطين وتاريخها، وبدورهم قدم وكلاء وممثلو الوزارات والمؤسسات الوطنية مداخلاتهم التي تم تأطيرها ضمن اقتراحات للنهوض بمستوى التعاون والتنسيق على المستوى الوطني وعلى مستوى التعاون مع اجهزة منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، والاتفاق على خطة عمل استراتيجية وقطاعية، لخدمة وتغطية كافة قطاعات التنمية المستدامة بما ينسجم مع الخطط الاستراتيجية للحكومة الفلسطينية والأولويات الوطنية.
