اليوم العالمي للاجئين: الخارجية تحذر من مخاطر التهجير القسري وتؤكد أن قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين لن تُطوى بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للاجئين، تؤكد وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين لدولة فلسطين أن قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين ستبقى جوهر القضية الفلسطينية وأحد أبرز الشواهد التاريخية على الظلم المستمر الذي لحق بالشعب الفلسطيني منذ نكبة عام 1948، والتي أدت إلى اقتلاع وتشريد مئات الآلاف من ابناء شعبنا من ديارهم وأراضيهم. ويأتي إحياء هذا اليوم في ظل الابادة، واستمرار العدوان الإسرائيلي على الشعب الفلسطيني وما خلفه من موجات تهجير ونزوح قسري غير مسبوقة، خاصة في قطاع غزة، حيث تعرضت الغالبية العظمى من السكان للتهجير المتكرر، وتدمير المنازل والأحياء السكنية والبنية التحتية المدنية، في مشهد يعيد إلى الأذهان المأساة التاريخية التي عاشها الشعب الفلسطيني عام 1948. كما تتواصل في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، جريمة الاستيطان والضم ومصادرة الأراضي وهدم المنازل والتهجير القسري، ولا سيما في المخيمات الفلسطينية التي شهدت خلال الأشهر الماضية عدواناً عسكرياً واسع النطاق أدى إلى تهجير آلاف الفلسطينيين، في محاولة لفرض وقائع ديمغرافية وجغرافية جديدة بالقوة. وتؤكد الخارجية أن ما يتعرض له الشعب الفلسطيني اليوم لا يمكن فصله عن السياق التاريخي المستمر لسياسات الاقتلاع والتهجير والإحلال الاستعماري التي مورست بحقه على مدى عقود. كما تجدد رفضها القاطع لجميع المخططات الرامية إلى فرض التهجير القسري أو إعادة توطين الفلسطينيين خارج أرضهم، أو التعامل مع النزوح الحالي باعتباره واقعاً. وفي هذا السياق، تشدد وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين على أن قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين ليست قضية إنسانية أو إغاثية فحسب، بل هي قضية سياسية وقانونية ترتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بحق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره وإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي غير القانوني للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة. كما تؤكد أنه لا يمكن معالجة معاناة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين من خلال حلول مؤقتة أو ترتيبات إنسانية تتجاوز حقوقهم الثابتة، وإنما عبر معالجة جذور القضية وإنهاء الظلم التاريخي الواقع عليهم، بما يضمن إعمال حقوقهم المشروعة، وفي مقدمتها حق العودة والتعويض، وفقاً للقانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية. وتدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته القانونية والأخلاقية، واتخاذ إجراءات عملية وفعالة لضمان حماية الشعب الفلسطيني ومنع تهجيره القسري، وتنفيذ الالتزامات التي أكدت عليها محكمة العدل الدولية بشأن عدم الاعتراف بالأوضاع غير القانونية الناشئة عن الاحتلال وعدم تقديم المساعدة في استدامتها. كما تجدد دولة فلسطين دعمها الكامل لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى (الأونروا)، باعتبارها تجسيداً للمسؤولية الدولية تجاه اللاجئين الفلسطينيين وشاهداً أممياً على نكبتهم المستمرة. وتؤكد أن أي استهداف لولاية الوكالة أو محاولات تقويض دورها أو استبدالها لن يغير من الوضع القانوني للاجئين الفلسطينيين أو ينتقص من حقوقهم الثابتة وغير القابلة للتصرف. وفي اليوم العالمي للاجئين، تتوجه وزارة الخارجية بالتحية إلى أبناء شعبها في مخيمات اللجوء والشتات وفي أماكن النزوح داخل الوطن، وتحيي صمودهم وتمسكهم بحقوقهم الوطنية والتاريخية. كما تؤكد أن حق العودة حق فردي وجماعي غير قابل للتصرف ولا يسقط بالتقادم، وأن الشعب الفلسطيني سيواصل نضاله المشروع من أجل الحرية والاستقلال وإنهاء الاحتلال وتجسيد دولة فلسطين المستقلة ذات السيادة وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية، بما يضمن تحقيق حل عادل وشامل لقضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين وفقاً للقانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة. الخارجية // استيلاء الاحتلال على أرض تعود ملكيتها لبطريركية الروم الأرثوذكس في القدس اعتداء خطير على الأملاك الكنسية وانتهاكا جسيما للوضع القانوني والتاريخي القائم في القدس المحتلة تدين وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين بأشد العبارات إقدام سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على الاستيلاء على أرض تابعة لبطريركية الروم الأرثوذكس المقدسية في بلدة سلوان في مدينة القدس المحتلة يوم 15 يونيو حزيران 2026، وما رافق ذلك من طرد ممثل البطريركية منها، ومصادرة معداته، واقتلاع أشجارها، وإحاطتها بأسوار وبوابات، في خطوة تمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لحرمة الأملاك الكنسية، واعتداء مباشراً على الملكية الدينية والتاريخية الثابتة للشعب الفلسطيني وتراثه الديني العالمي في المدينة المقدسة. وتؤكد الوزارة أن الأرض المسجلة رسمياً باسم البطريركية، والملاصقة لدير تاريخي وتضم شواهد دينية وأثرية ذات قيمة تاريخية وتراثية، تتمتع بحماية قانونية راسخة بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي، ولا سيما أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني التي تحظر مصادرة أو الاستيلاء على الأملاك الخاصة والدينية في الأراضي المحتلة، وتجرم أي مساس بها أو تغيير قسري في وضعها أو طبيعتها. وتحذر الوزارة من أن هذا الاعتداء يأتي في سياق سياسة ممنهجة تهدف إلى السيطرة على الأملاك الكنسية وتغيير الطابع التاريخي والديني والديموغرافي للقدس المحتلة، بما في ذلك استهداف الوجود المسيحي الأصيل، الذي يشكل عبر التاريخ جزءاً أصيلاً من هوية المدينة المقدسة وشاهداً أساسياً على الوجود الفلسطيني وحضارته الممتده في الأرض الفلسطينية. وتشدد الوزارة على أن هذه الإجراءات غير القانونية والاحادية لا تنشئ أي حق قانوني للاحتلال ولا تغير من الوضع القانوني والتاريخي القائم في القدس الشرقية باعتبارها أرضاً فلسطينية محتلة، وأن جميع إجراءات الضم والمصادرة والاستيلاء باطلة ولاغية وفق القانون الدولي ولا ترتب أي أثر قانوني. وتحمل الوزارة سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذا الاعتداء وتداعياته، وتطالب بوقف فوري لكافة الإجراءات التعسفية بحق الأملاك الكنسية، وإعادة الوضع إلى ما كان عليه، وضمان حرية الوصول إلى الأراضي والمقدسات المسيحية دون قيود أو تدخل. كما تدعو الوزارة المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته القانونية والأخلاقية، والتحرك العاجل لوقف هذه الانتهاكات، وتوفير الحماية الدولية للمقدسات المسيحية والإسلامية في القدس المحتلة، وتكثيف التواجد الدولي في الميدان في القدس، ومساءلة سلطات الاحتلال عن انتهاكاتها المنهجية المتواصلة.
