The railway was attacked on the night between July 8th and July 9th and today, July 14th, Iranian state medias showed a test drive on the repaired bridge with rail traffic expected to resume shortly on this critical artery connecting Iran to Central Asia and China.

| 13 |  🇮🇷🚫🚢 With the collapse of the Iran-US MoU, commercial vessel traffic in the Strait of Hormuz collapsed, with 57 verified crossings from July 10th to July 12th, with a 19 daily average, compared to 38 crossings daily on average from days prior.
Virtually all crossings occurred using the Iranian lane showing that Iran has effectively blocked the southern Omani lane. With UKMTO reports on commercial vessels coming under attack in those days, we know that the U.S. unsuccessfully tried to escort three groups of tankers through the southern lane and its unclear how many completed the voyage with at least 5 being disabled by the IRGC.
📝 Anon: Notice how the debate in the war with Iran has shifted from destroying Iran's nuclear program to taking any stopgap measures that have a remote possibility of weakening Iran's control over the Hormuz. U.S. airstrikes against Iranian targets are, however, largely performative as they have been revealed to target previously attacked locations or other targets without any military value, instead of targeting Iran's missile cities.

| 16 | 🇺🇸⚡️- "Today, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced a sweeping campaign to dismantle the threat posed by the International Criminal Court to U.S. sovereignty. The campaign will feature a whole-of-government response to systematically disable the ICC’s ability to operate, target American servicemen or officials, or otherwise threaten American sovereignty.
The ICC poses an intolerable threat to U.S. sovereignty – it claims the authority to prosecute and even imprison American servicemen and officials operating on behalf of America’s national interest. Americans never signed up for this, and all American presidents since the ICC’s ratification have maintained that the ICC does not have jurisdiction over Americans. The ICC previously opened an investigation into U.S. servicemen and intelligence officers and has since refused to close these cases.
Actions under consideration include:
- Diplomatic calls from the Secretary of State, Deputy Secretary, ambassadors, and other members of senior leadership to foreign nations highlighting the abuses of the ICC and the risks posed to Americans and other nations urging them to withdraw from the ICC.
- Nations that partner with American law enforcement and the U.S. military or that enjoy the benefits of the U.S. security umbrella are called upon to reject the ICC’s purported authority to prosecute American officials and servicemen
- Increased scrutiny of nations that refuse to reject the ICC’s false authority while relying on U.S. assistance
- Diplomatic calls urging other nations that, like America, that are not party to the Rome Statute to leverage their diplomatic networks to take similar actions alongside us
- Visa revocations and travel bans for ICC personnel

"At the Commander in Chief's direction, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces will resume blockading maritime traffic entering and exiting Iranian ports on July 14 at 4 p.m. ET.
CENTCOM forces will enforce the blockade against vessels transiting to or from Iranian ports and coastal areas. The U.S. military continues to support traffic flow through regional waters for all vessels not violating the blockade.
The resumption of the U.S. blockade against Iran follows the initial implementation from April 13 to June 18. CENTCOM forces redirected more than 140 compliant vessels, disabled nine non-compliant ships, and allowed over 50 commercial vessels supporting humanitarian aid to pass through the blockade during the two-month period.
