The believer turns away from such things. Instead, he is characterized by certainty and steadfastness, follows what pleases Allah, remains tranquil at heart, and stands with his ruler. But it only increased them in faith, and they said, 'Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.' So they returned with favor and bounty from Allah; no harm touched them. They followed the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is the Possessor of great bounty. It is only Satan who frightens his supporters. So do not fear them; rather, fear Me, if you are truly believers." Al-Imām Ibn ʿUthaymīn (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Know—may Allah have mercy upon you—that if any one of you attends even a single gathering of knowledge, learns one issue from it, acts upon it, and then teaches it to his brothers, he will attain immense good. The reward for it, and the reward of everyone who acts upon it, will continue to be recorded for him until the Day of Resurrection. Do not think that the virtue of knowledge is attained only by someone who has acquired extensive scholarship. Rather, Allah, the Exalted, will reward every person according to their deeds, even if they are few. 'And they will not be wronged even as much as the speck on a date stone.' People who are heedless often say about students of Islamic knowledge: "These people are wasting their lives. They have no future." I say: By my Lord, the future belongs to no one more than it belongs to them. A student of knowledge may die while still walking the path of seeking knowledge, steadfast upon what pleases Allah, firmly adhering to the Sunnah. Is there any future greater than that? Certainly not. As for what people call the "future" of this worldly life, anyone who thinks it is the true future is deluded. No sane person places their trust in this worldly life. Build Infrastructure, Not Content Content decays. Infrastructure compounds. A quote card lives for one scroll, where people see it, maybe like it, and it's gone. That doesn't scale, nor last. A plain text file, on the other hand, is a different beast. It can be searched, copied, translated, indexed by a machine. It can be rebuilt into something else five years from now, by someone who never met you. There's a huge difference between content and infrastructure. A difference we're choosing not to see. It's not about how it looks, it's about whether it survives. Those manuscripts and scrolls left by scholars centuries ago certainly did not worry about which font to use in Canva, did they? Every time you trap knowledge inside an image, you're choosing the first option. You're making something disposable and calling it a post, a benefit, or whatever the current trend imposes.
