To understand the reason, you need to know the life of my inspiration—my maternal grandfather (Nana ji).
His life initial years were ridden with poverty. He lost his father when he was four, and his mother worked as a domestic helper in other houses. He was the eldest of all the siblings. He loved reading books but had very little money. At nine, after school, he started doing bookbinding work at a stationery shop so he could get some books to read. At sixteen, he started working as an accountant at a local merchant’s place. His mother later became mentally unwell from the many shocks she had to endure. He cracked the NDA and banking exams, and chose a banking job so he could live with his mother and take care of his siblings. He went on to become an Executive Director at Punjab National Bank. After retirement, he started free schools and libraries for underprivileged students.
Before his death, he donated his entire savings and belongings to a widow’s home.
I want to help people like him. Of course I need money to run the team, and once I reach the desired revenue, I dream of opening a free school for girls suffering from trafficking and other heinous crimes. I am already engaged with one such NGO.

HOW TO WRITE THE INTRODUCTION
METHOD 1 — Direct interpretation
The quote of Thiruvalluvar is true in its entirety. It wants to convey that it is not the external problem ("trouble") that determines the outcome, but the inner state of the person facing it.
METHOD 2 — Start with a counter-quote
"You cannot control the waves, but you can learn to surf."
Thiruvalluvar, through this couplet from the Tirukkural, asserts that individuals who maintain inner calm and composure in adverse situations can overcome difficulties effectively.
METHOD 3 — Anchor it to a concept
This quote captures the importance of emotional intelligence in succeeding in life. One who remains unshaken mentally can defeat and transform adversity itself.
