#National_Exam_Result በ2018 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተና ከወሰዱ ተማሪዎች 12.8% ተማሪዎች ማለፋቸውን ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳወቀ። ለፈተና ከተቀመጡ 560,210 ተማሪዎች 70,544 ወይም 12.8% የሚሆኑት ማለፋቸውን የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) ለጋዜጠኞች ገልፀዋል። በመላ አገሪቱ የመልቀቂያ ፈተና ከወሰዱ ውስጥ 88 ትምህርት ቤቶች 100% ያስፈተኗቸውን ተማሪዎች ማሳለፋቸውን የገለፁ ሲሆን፣ 585 ትምህርት ቤቶች ደግሞ ምንም ተማሪ አለማሳለፋቸውን ገልፀዋል። @tikvahuniversity

የራስገዝ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለመሆን ሒደቱን እንዲጀምሩ የሚፈቀድላቸው ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ዝርዝር በቅርቡ ይፋ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል፡፡ ዘጠኝ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ራስገዝ ለመሆን የሚያስችላቸውን ሒደት ለመጀመር የራሳቸውን ግለ-ግምገማ ያደረጉ ሲሆን፣ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አቋቁሞ ወደ ተቋማቱ የላካቸው ገለልተኛ የባለሙያ ቡድኖች ባለፈው ግንቦት በየዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ በመገኘት ምዘና ማከናወናቸው ይታወሳል። ዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ የራስገዝነት ሒደቱን ለመጀመር ያቀረቡት ጥያቄ በትምህርት ሚኒስቴር እየታየ እንደሆነ የተገለጸ ሲሆን፣ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ ከሦስት ወራት ባነሰ ጊዜ ውስጥ ራስገዝ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ ተብሏል፡፡ የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) በቀን 10/11/2018 ዓ.ም ራስገዝ ለመሆን ሒደት ለጀመሩ ዘጠኝ ዩኒቨርሲዎች በጻፉት ደብዳቤ፤ እነዚህ ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት በራስገዝነት ዝግጁነታቸው ላይ ውሳኔ እስኪሰጥ ድረስ ከመደበኛ የተቋሙ ተግባር ባለፈ ዩኒቨርሲቲውን ተጠያቂነት ውስጥ ከሚያስገቡ ውሳኔዎችና ድርጊቶች ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ጠቁመዋል፡፡ በዚህም የዩኒቨርሲቲውን መሬት፣ ንብረት እና መብት በውሰትም ሆነ በሽያጭ ለሌላ ወገን ማስተላለፍ እንዲሁም በትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በልዩ ሁኔታ ካልተፈቀደ በስተቀር ከፍተኛ የግንባታና ንብረት ግዢ ውሳኔዎችን መስጠት የተከለከሉ መሆኑን ሚኒስትሩ አሳስበዋል፡፡ የራስገዝነት ሒደትን ለመጀመር የመንግሥትን ውሳኔ እየጠበቁ ከሚገኙ ዘጠኝ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መካከል በሦስቱ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የፕሬዝዳንት ለውጥ በቅርቡ መደረጉ የሚታወስ ነው፡፡ በራስገዝነት የሽግግር መመሪያ ተገምግመው 60 በመቶና ከዚያ በላይ የሚያስመዘግቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች በ2019 ዓ.ም ወደ ራስገዝነት ይሸጋገራሉ መባሉ ይታወቃል። @tikvahuniversity
