More and more, intelligent systems like Copilot are becoming environments that shape human thinking, behavior, and culture. How do we design intelligence to actually benefit humanity and eventually improve the quality of human thought, protect attention, and preserve human agency?
In the video, Qian describes design in the intelligence era as moving from static interfaces to a multi-layer approach (models, memory, tools, behavior, and evaluation) to ensure that the system continuously improves and remains aligned with human needs and values, as humanistic intelligence.
At Microsoft, Qian Jiang is a Product Designer working at the intersection of intelligence, design, and human creativity. She co-designs Copilot experiences that help people think, create, and work in new ways while preserving human agency.

The tutorial takes you on a visual exploration of how structured promptcraft and art direction principles can transform generative imagery from unpredictable experimentation into intentional and scalable creative systems. Through real examples, evolving workflows, and model comparisons, this talk explores how composition, lighting, color, mood, and prompt structure can dramatically elevate the quality and consistency of generated visuals.
We’d like to note that while some of the models featured in the video have since been updating, the principles behind the work remain relevant. Its approach to prompt structure, art direction, and intentional creative decision-making continues to offer a useful foundation as generative tools evolve.
Special shout out to Alberto for producing the tutorial. As a Principal (...)

How do you design personalized intelligent experiences at scale? In this tutorial, Chelsea talks about how artificial intelligence is transforming UX design by enabling teams to build products that adapt to individual users at scale rather than relying on traditional persona-based design approaches. In intelligent-driven products, outcomes are probabilistic and vary across people and contexts, which makes static personas less effective for capturing real-world complexity. Welcome to the world of designing for a spectrum of outcomes.
Chelsea Simek is a Principal UX Engineer that works on using data and technology, using data and technology to help designers better understand people and design better products. Her work bridges technical experimentation with product and design thinking.

🌟 Germany-based 3D Generalist and Studio Trench co-founder Dennis Weyel (@studio_trench) creates polished visual work driven by procedural thinking, tactile detail, and refined motion design.
🤩 Created in #Cinema4D and #Redshift for the #OddlySatisfyingChallenge, Dennis crafted a surreal and hypnotic loop of soft abstract textures reacting to human touch with mesmerizing movement and deeply satisfying realism.

We’re looking at the Jidou Geoflow object in Cinema 4D for this week’s Top Tip Tuesday, using it to add procedural control to a dynamic particle simulation.
Beginning with a push particle simulation created using a technique from a previous Top Tip Tuesday, we first explore the similarities between jdGeoFlow and the align-to-spline tag workflow, before using the better, more powerful Jidou tool to quickly animate the position of the emitter without a need for keyframes.
Next, we look at the different Loop Modes, setting up looping and ping-pong effects and examine the Easing spline, adding further control over the animation speed. To finish, we delve in to the inbuilt jdGeoFlow motion controls, introducing a noise-driven random jitter to the emitter position to add an extra touch to the final result.

사진 한 장에 비 오는 창가 분위기를 입혀 봅니다.
After Effects 플러그인 Crates Rain으로 빗방울 효과를 만들고,
Mask Prompter 3로 단어 하나만 입력해 사람을 자동으로 분리해서
창문과 사이드미러에만 빗물이 맺히도록 만드는 과정입니다.
여러분의 작업에 도움이 되길 바랍니다. 😊
