I am the first man in history to hold in my possession a Certificate of Pardon from the President of the United States and yet still be in prison for the offenses that I am pardoned for. There are no words for the injustice that I felt when I was delivered that certificate of pardon today (Oct. 5th, 2026) in legal mail WHILE I AM STILL IN PRISON! Furious, betrayed, enraged, ignored, persecuted all combined in one still miserably fail to describe what I am thinking and feeling.
I am in the process of begging the appeals court to recognize that President Trump's mass pardon of patriots, for all offenses stemming from and "related to" what happened at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021, applies wholly to my case. I should not have to be doing that. Nobody at any level of the criminal justice system has the power or right to deny a presidential pardon. Yet people currently in the Department of Justice and the federal judiciary think that they can, sure as hell did and are getting away with it right now.
If my case is allowed to stand in the courts then the case of United States v. Edward Kelley will be used as legal precedent for generations to keep people imprisoned even if they are pardoned by the president. The pardon clause of the US Constitution will be almost completely voided by a federal judge that leaned on the non-constitutional and false precedent of "judicial interpretation" to ignore my pardon and keep me imprisoned. All freedom loving people need to be something far beyond outraged by my case. People across America need to be mobilized for my freedom and the freedom of other patriots still persecuted and abandoned in the system.
This injustice against me and other patriots needs to end. President Donald Trump could end it tomorrow. I demand to know why he doesn't.

David here. Words can’t express how thankful I am for your prayers, letters of encouragement, and donations to cover medical expenses.
I have had much time to reflect. Each breath and heartbeat a gift from God. This is the first time in my life where I have felt old. A pause to catch a breath I didn’t know I needed. Short walks around the block with my bride. Longer looks at my children. I have found myself tearing up uncontrollably for no reason other than simple gratitude. I resolve to fight the “old man” and be of service again.
I met with my surgeon this morning. He told me more about what happened. A miracle. An orchestra of variables. One missing from the puzzle and I would not be here. 100% blockage in the artery known as the “widow maker” — now stented. I have two more arteries with 60% and 70% blockage.
The surgeon wants to see if we can reverse damage to my heart and heal without another surgery. Right now my heart is at about 45% strength of where it should be. I begin cardiac rehab.
The how and why of what occurred is a long story. Here is the cliff’s notes version: Pre-Jesus, I lived a very hard life. Drugs, alcohol, and a self-induced cardiac arrest at the age of 21, left me with a bum ticker. For several years, I was a pack a day smoker. And for several years after my spiritual conversion, through trial and error, I worked on daily “sanctification” trying to eliminate vices I still carried.
A severe back injury in 2008 left me restless for a decade, with numbness in my right leg and foot, until I found a radical restrictive diet that helped with inflammation, but may have elevated cholesterol. My career as a prosecutor left me on call around the clock, and my performance was fueled by pots of coffee, which led to arrhythmia, heart murmurs, and prayer that God would provide healing.
The last six years compounded what was already there. Employment termination, public slander, constant lawfare from the BAR, cabin burnt to crisp under mysterious circumstances, and travel that averaged over a hundred flights a year to 49 states, with thousands of meetings. I have felt mild strain and pressure in my chest for sometime. 2021 was especially difficult.
I have generally held the medical profession at arm’s length my whole life. I’ve been to the doctor maybe three times in my adult life. As my heart symptoms worsened, however, COVID-19 hysteria and adherence to protocols that murdered patients was the primary reason I would not enter a doctor’s office.
I knew it was just a matter of time that something would give, but set aside those concerns, praying that our country would see free and fair elections, J6ers would be restored, and that I’d have more time.
And then I didn’t.
I went through a door to “the other side” after dying on the table. In a single moment, I left behind my children, and being a father was an impossibility. Being a husband—gone. I left ambition behind, dreams behind, shame and condemnation behind. Bills, petty fights, bruised ego, all made inconsequential. Such finality.
After a few minutes of being in the hereafter, I was jolted back by paddles, hearing the surgical team exclaim “we brought him back! David you are back with us….”
It’s with this that I say I won’t be making a public appearance for a while, and won’t be doing social media, or interviews, for the foreseeable future. I believe God wants me to be still, speak less, and not waste anything, including my words.
Just know I read your comments, am so thankful for you, and believe God has a purpose for me down the road.
Lord willing, I will focus on writing and producing Professor’s Record episodes, doing rehab, and nothing else. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone. I just don’t have much left in me at the moment, and it saddens me to say that. Being able to grind was my superpower.
Last thing. On the table, one is confronted with the question of all questions.

| 19 | The viral post about the Whitehouse tracking your location when you download the WH app is partly true about the code, and false about current behavior and “no way to disable it.” Fact-checks published today treat the “secret unstoppable GPS tracker” version as misleading.
What the claim says vs. what’s real
The official White House app launched in March 2026. Researchers who decompiled it found the OneSignal push/analytics SDK, including location-tracking code that could poll GPS about every 4.5 minutes in the foreground and ~9.5 minutes in the background. That data would go to OneSignal, a private company, not a White House server.
Independent live-device tests (NowSecure, Atomic Computer, and later fact-checks) found no evidence that exact GPS is being collected or sent right now. The location feature is compiled in and can be flipped on from OneSignal’s servers, but it still needs the phone’s location permission. Newer app text even says it does not use location. The White House has also denied collecting locations.
So:
True: tracking capability is in the app; it can be enabled remotely; there is no in-app “turn off GPS” switch.
False: it is currently siphoning exact coordinates every 4.5 minutes with no way to stop it.
Also real, and under-discussed: the app still sends IP, timezone, device model, OS, session data, and a persistent ID to OneSignal. IP can place you at city level. It has also used sloppy third-party code (including a personal GitHub page for embeds) and scripts that hid cookie/consent banners inside the in-app browser. On many government work phones, the app was pushed by MDM and comes back if deleted.
How to keep privacy
Best option: don’t install it. The same press releases, videos, and alerts are on whitehouse.gov in a normal browser and you can view it there when you want.
If it’s already on a personal phone:
Deny location at the OS level (this is the control a server-side switch cannot override).iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → The White House → Never.
Android: Settings → Apps → The White House → Permissions → Location → Don’t allow.
Delete the app if you don’t need it.
Turn off its notifications.
Don’t sign in or give email/phone.
Don’t open third-party pages inside the app; use Safari/Chrome instead.
A VPN hides your real IP from OneSignal; it does not block GPS if you grant location.
If it’s on a work/government phone and you can’t uninstall it: set Location to Never if the MDM allows it. If the setting is locked, that’s agency policy — raise it with IT/security rather than jailbreaking the device.
OS permission is the real off switch. The missing in-app toggle is sloppy, not proof that GPS is running with no escape.
