President Trump on Thursday fired the three remaining members of the Election Assistance Commission ahead of the 2026 midterms. Two Democrat commissioners Thomas Hicks and Benjamin Hovland were fired over email. The lone Republican commissioner, Christy McCormick, resigned. The firings left the independent commission with no commissioners. The firings come after the Supreme Court ruled that a US president has the authority to fire heads of independent agencies in the executive branch. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/07/just-trump-fires-three-remaining-members-election-assistance/

Attention Parents: Trump Accounts opened for your children! $1,000 government seed contribution is available to children born January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028. More details below for children under 18. To sign up for a Trump Account, parents or guardians must submit IRS Form 4547 either through their IRS online account, the official http://TrumpAccounts.gov portal, or the Trump Accounts mobile app available on iOS and Android. The election to open an account can also be made while filing federal income tax returns. Once the form is processed, the Treasury sends activation instructions via email from no-reply@TrumpAccounts.Treasury.gov to complete setup through the app or website. Eligibility requirements mandate that the child must be a U.S. resident under age 18 who will not turn 18 before the end of the calendar year in which the account is established, and must possess a valid Social Security number. While any eligible child can have an account opened, a $1,000 government seed contribution is limited to children born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028. Children under age 10 who do not qualify for the federal seed money may receive a $250 private donation from the Dell Foundation depending on location and availability. Annual Contribution Limits: Total contributions from family and friends are generally capped at $5,000 per year, while employer contributions are limited to $2,500 annually (counting toward the total cap). Withdrawal Rules: Funds cannot be withdrawn before the child turns 18, except for specific rollovers or in the event of the account holder's death. Approved Uses: After age 18, funds can be used for education expenses, purchasing a home, starting a business, or retirement savings. Scam Warning: The Treasury will never request sensitive information via text message or phone call; official communication comes only via the app or verified email domains.

The key testimony discussed in this segment centers on Lance Twiggs, the roommate and former lover of the defendant, Tyler Robinson. The panel analyzes the significance of his video testimony played during the hearing, as well as evidence presented by state investigators. Key Testimonies and Evidence Highlights: Lance Twiggs' Testimony (0:08 - 1:15): The panel characterizes Twiggs as credible, noting that he appeared shocked by Robinson's actions. His testimony helps establish the timeline and the nature of their relationship. The prosecution used his testimony—alongside specific digital evidence—to demonstrate that Robinson acted alone and was not part of an international conspiracy. The Discord Timeline (8:15 - 9:09): A critical piece of the state's case involved refuting claims that Robinson was already in custody when a confession was posted on Discord. Agent Brian Davis testified to the timeline, confirming that the message was sent at 7:57 p.m. (9/11), while Robinson did not turn himself in until 9:00 p.m. that same day. Evidence of Confessions (1:35 - 2:15): The panel emphasizes that the prosecution has documented at least three or four distinct instances where Robinson confessed: A note discovered under a keyboard. A conversation with Twiggs the day after the shooting. A Discord chat message. A reported confession to his parents. Ongoing Questions: Twiggs' Role (6:47 - 7:19; 9:31 - 10:44): While the panel agrees the testimony was sufficient to establish probable cause, some participants remain skeptical about Twiggs’ potential foreknowledge, citing his failure to immediately report the crime to law enforcement and his DNA being found on items recovered with the weapon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03l2T1jqTdM

A federal judge, U.S. District Judge Amir H. Ali of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, who was born in Canada and appointed to the bench by President Joe Biden, has ruled that former President Donald Trump’s broad January 6 pardons do not apply to Brian Cole Jr., the Virginia man accused of planting pipe bombs near the Democratic and Republican National Committee headquarters on January 5, 2021. The ruling allows the Justice Department to continue prosecuting Cole, even as some journalists, whistleblowers, and commentators argue that key evidence and investigative decisions raise serious questions about whether the government has identified the right suspect and fully disclosed what it knows. Cole, who is described as autistic and living with his parents in Virginia, was arrested in late 2025 after a nearly five‑year investigation into the devices that were found and safely disarmed outside the DNC and RNC in Washington, D.C. Prosecutors have since added terrorism‑related charges, including an allegation that he attempted to use weapons of mass destruction and violated the District of Columbia’s terrorism statute, exposing him to a potential life sentence if convicted. Court filings and news reports state that Cole entered a not‑guilty plea, while some outlets also report that he made a detailed confession in an FBI interview describing how he constructed the explosives after becoming convinced the 2020 election was manipulated. In a recent three‑page order, Judge Ali concluded that Trump’s clemency applied only to people who had already been convicted of offenses related to the January 6 events at the Capitol. Because Cole was charged later and has not been convicted, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia found the pardon “by its terms” does not cover him and denied his request to have the case dismissed. The Gateway Pundit and journalist Steve Baker, however, highlight a competing narrative that challenges the government’s case. Baker, who faces his own January 6 charges, worked with reporter Joseph Hanneman and forensic specialists to analyze surveillance footage of a hooded figure believed to be the bomber. According to their reporting, gait analysis suggested a 94–98 percent likelihood that the figure matches an earlier person of interest, not Cole, and the bomber’s apparent shoe size in the video is said to be significantly smaller than Cole’s. Former FBI agent and whistleblower Kyle Seraphin has argued that these points, along with Cole’s autism and personal circumstances, make it plausible he has been misidentified or targeted as an easier suspect. Baker and his supporters also point to the treatment of a former Capitol Police officer, now reportedly a CIA employee, who was previously scrutinized in the investigation. They claim that she was once a focus of the probe, allegedly failed a polygraph test, and more closely resembles the figure in the footage according to their experts, yet has not been criminally charged. She has instead filed a defamation lawsuit against Baker, represented by the prominent firm Clare Locke, known for prior high‑profile media litigation. In addition, Representative Thomas Massie and others have alleged that senior officials, including then‑FBI Director Dan Bongino and former Trump official Kash Patel, attempted to discourage media outlets from publishing Baker’s reporting about the earlier suspect. These allegations, combined with the continued prosecution of Cole and the disputed forensic evidence, feed broader claims that authorities may be limiting scrutiny of alternative theories and that the full story of the January 6 pipe bombs has yet to be fully aired in public.

Hannah Dugan, a former Wisconsin judge was convicted of obstructing an ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) arrest will not serve prison time and is fined $5,000 (0:00-0:04, 0:21). The Sentence: Dugan will not serve prison time but was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine (0:02-0:10, 1:06-1:13). The Incident: Surveillance footage showed Dugan directing ICE officers to a different location while helping an immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, and his attorney exit the courtroom through a private door to evade arrest (0:43-1:03). Court's Rationale: The federal judge presiding over the case described Dugan as an "otherwise good person" who made a "bad decision in the moment" due to frustrations with immigration policy. The judge noted that no prison time was necessary to protect the public (1:13-1:35). Dugan's Response: For the first time since the incident, Dugan addressed the court, stating that her actions were consistent with community concerns and were not malicious. She remarked, "I've been cast as both a scoff and a hero. I am neither" (1:47-2:16). Next Steps: Dugan's legal team plans to appeal the case to the Seventh Circuit (2:36-2:40). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OfSeleEKKk

This video features North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer discussing President Donald Trump's current foreign and domestic agenda, specifically in the context of the recent NATO summit in Turkey and legislative efforts before the August recess. Foreign Policy and NATO: NATO Strategy: Senator Cramer praises President Trump's approach to NATO, noting that he has successfully pressured member nations to meet their commitments and has managed to navigate the complex relationship with Turkey (0:39 - 1:30). F-35 Program: They discuss the potential return of Turkey to the F-35 fighter jet program. Cramer suggests that while there may be some bipartisan resistance due to Turkey's previous acquisition of the Russian S-400 system, he believes it is a strategic move that could pull Turkey closer to the West and away from Vladimir Putin (1:41 - 4:23). Domestic Agenda: The 'Save America' Act: Cramer explains that the current version of the act faces significant hurdles in the Senate. He notes that the path forward likely involves incorporating elements into a broader defense spending reconciliation package, focusing on "low-hanging fruit" like voter ID requirements and proof of citizenship, which he believes could gain broader support (5:00 - 7:06). Defense Spending: There is discussion regarding a potential $350 billion defense spending bill under "reconciliation 3.0" to be taken up after the Fourth of July break (7:20 - 8:05). The Clarity Act: The Senator addresses the delay in passing the Clarity Act (related to cryptocurrency), citing disputes over ethics language and expressing hope that it can still reach a finish line given the bipartisan interest in creating legislative clarity for the industry (8:11 - 9:39). Courteously badger your senators and representatives to support President Trump's domestic agenda. Pass the SAVE America Act to safeguard our votes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_NMi1gm7CM

REGARDING IRAN: According to President Trump, the ceasefire with Iran is "over" and "dead," as he expressed significant frustration with Iran during his remarks at the NATO summit. (0:21 - 0:31) REGARDING TURKEY: The concerns regarding Turkey and the F-35 program, as discussed during the segment, revolve around the following points: Russian Air Defense System: There is bipartisan concern that Turkey’s possession of the Russian S-400 air defense system could potentially allow Russia to glean classified information regarding the F-35's radar signature or compromise NATO's tactical data links. (5:56 - 6:33) Security Risks: Critics worry that if Turkey obtains the F-35s while holding the Russian technology, sensitive data on America's most advanced fighter jet could be exposed to Russia. (6:14 - 6:27) Counter-perspective: Analyst Rebecca Grant argues that these concerns can be managed, noting that Turkey has never fully activated the S-400 system and remains a vital southern "bullwork" for NATO. (6:34 - 7:20) REGARDING NATO: During his remarks at the NATO summit, President Trump expressed several key grievances regarding Iran and other nations: Iran: The President declared the ceasefire with Iran to be "over" and "dead." He characterized the leadership in Iran as "scum," "liars," "cheats," and "evil people," signaling a shift away from negotiations toward potential military pressure (0:18 - 1:17). NATO and Europe: President Trump expressed frustration with NATO, specifically citing a lack of support from European partners regarding his denuclearization efforts in Iran (0:08 - 0:13, 1:24 - 1:29). Spain: The President labeled Spain a "wasted cause" and a "terrible partner." He suggested he wants to cut off all trade with the country, citing frustration over their lack of contributions to the alliance (0:15 - 0:17, 4:27 - 4:43). Greenland and Denmark: Trump stated that Greenland is a "big problem" and noted that while Denmark may not need it, the United States does, emphasizing the region's importance for national security and the need for access to strategic minerals (0:10, 4:45 - 4:52, 5:30 - 5:56). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ouRd-47xrk

The judge flinched while watching graphic, previously unseen video evidence of the murder of Charlie Kirk (4:36-4:40). During the preliminary hearing, the court was shown disturbing footage that captured the moment the shooting occurred. Due to the graphic nature of the testimony and video evidence, Erica Kirk, the victim's widow, chose to leave the courtroom while this material was being presented (0:30-0:34). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSJElpDacDE

Judicial Watch Releases Over 1,000 Hours of DC, Metro Police Body-Cam Footage from January 6 Protest in 1,630 Videos – DIG IN! http://www.judicialwatch.org/january6bodycam The videos were released because of an April 2026 court ruling in a DC Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit. The videos are available via the Judicial Watch website here and http://www.judicialwatch.org/january6bodycam. Judicial Watch filed the DC FOIA lawsuit in June 2024 after the DC Police denied an August 2021 request for all body-worn camera footage recorded by police officers responding to the January 6, 2021, events at and around the U.S. Capitol (Judicial Watch v. District of Columbia (No. 2024-CAB-003453)). Earlier this year, a local DC court dealt a major blow to government secrecy by ruling that the DC Police could not broadly blur and censor the footage. Rejecting DC Police’s claim that it could withhold faces and voices of everyone except law enforcement—and its assertion that producing the footage would cost more than $1.5 million—the court held that any privacy interests were minimal and outweighed by the overwhelming public interest in disclosure. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/07/judicial-watch-releases-1000-hours-dc-metro-police/

Dillon is aJ6er!! Amazing news!!! The below post is from Facebook Ashley Cornwell. “Last week, a jury found Dillon Herrington NOT GUILTY of rape. While I'm incredibly relieved and happy for him and his family, true justice still hasn't been served. He never should have been in this nightmare to begin with. Dillon is a January 6 defendant and a veteran who was persecuted by half the country, and the system, long before any facts came out. I didn't learn about his case until June 2025, but once I did, I jumped in: making posts, sending emails, and calling AG Wilson and Senator Tuberville. It wasn't rocket science to see the holes in the victim's story and the witness statement, which left more questions than answers. It was all a lie. In my communication to those with investigative and subpeona powers, I highlighted how he was being held without bond under Aniyah's Law, how his J6 status was being weaponized against him, and the clear injustices in his situation, not to mention the need for them to look into the victim and her previous accusations of this same subject matter. I heard nothing back. He remained locked up for another full year, being deemed a threat to society, while innocent. I debated even sharing this when his aunt reached out after his verdict, because 'I'm not here', but decided it was worth it to help clear his name. I've never been one to stay silent when I can throw up two middle fingers to the enemies of truth and justice. Why start now? These asshats who weaponize the system against patriots, veterans, and the innocent need to face real accountability. The karma boomerang is long overdue. The lying accuser, who has made these types of accusations against men before, should be criminally charged!!! Dillon deserves full exoneration across the board and restoration, not just this one verdict. Dillon's acquittal is a win worth highlighting but it's stories like his (being imprisoned for 2.5 years over baseless allegations and denied bond because he was a J6er) where justice is not only delayed but absent, and losing patriotic heroes/frens to the afterlife who never tasted vindication, will take it's toll on anyone. While some anons are better at masking it, many of us have undiagnosed PTSD and anxiety. The wheels of justice turn slow, but when they turn they are powerful. 🗡🪃⏳️I pray it's lawsuit time.”
