Dear J6 Patriots, I received this request from Thomas Ballard and he asked me to share it. ————————- I'm writing this to ask you to file a formal complaint to the BOP head office in DC and then to ask others to do the same. Reason for asking to file a complaint is this facility, Federal Medical Center Fort Worth is using collective punishment by taking away everyone's recreation time. They are doing this because a small few are some how using drones to drop of packages using the recreation area as their drop zone. So instead of stopping and preventing this from happening and those involved. When one is found in the recreation area, recreation is canceled to everyone. The last time that they canceled recreation it lasted 4 weeks. Now today they have canceled recreation again until further notice. Whenever that may be. They never tell us. Many other facilities are dealing with the same issues, but are not taking peoples recreation away from the whole facility. Just as was proven in the DC jail. Collective punishment is illegal and considered curl and unusual punishment. I am being punished for the actions of others and is not right and wrong. Another reason that they would cancel recreation is when there is a fight in a unit. Whichever unit the fight took place in will lose their recreation time whether they were involved or not. Last time this happen, I lost recreation for 4-5 days during the Memorial weekend. Again, this is collective punishment. What I'm asking is that you send a formal complaint to the BOP head office in DC to inform then that this facility is using collective punishment when dealing with packages getting into the facility and dealing with fighting. The greater majority of the people held here have nothing to with either of these issues, but are being punished for them. Recreation plays a huge part in peoples mental and physical health and wellbeing. For me it is hard to develop and maintain a daily routine when recreation is taken away for an unknown amount of time. There are many types of programs in and during recreation time. The obvious is being able to exercise, health wellness, arts and craft, playing musical instruments, and just being able to get out of the unit to get some sun and fresh air time to time. Many people use these not only to work on themselves but to deal/cope with the stress. It help me cope and pass the time faster to be able to exercise and work on my leather projects. Please contact the head office of the BOP in DC along with getting others to do the same. Thank you so much for you continued support. Remember we are winning and we will win. Long Live The Republic.
