🇺🇸🐊⚡- Kelly Mason, a founder of a charter school in Florida called ‘Mason Classical Academy,’ is suing Byron Donalds for an incident that occurred in 2022. Donalds, as seen in the video, brought a member of his team and cornered Mason, demanding that she drop a lawsuit against his wife, Erika Donalds.
When Mason Classical Academy opened, Byron and Erika Donalds were added to the board in some capacity. Not long after, the Donalds began pressuring Mason to create new schools to make money, while Mason was more concerned with the quality of the already established Academy. Mason refused to go along and sued after an attempted “hostile takeover,” per the Daily Mail.
In the video, Donalds is heard demanding that Kelly Mason drop the lawsuit, while her then-13-year-old daughter recorded from a distance. Donalds also reportedly told Mason that he would “crush” and “finish” her during the embarrassing display of the Congressman’s manners and public etiquette.
Mason and the Donalds settled the original lawsuit in 2024.

I’ll add that multiple decoy boys wearing maroon shirts were crawling the campus that day.
If I had to guess, I’d put my money on the conspiracy theorists every single time.
But at first we must be called psychopathic killers with narcissistic tendencies. Like we were during Covid and every other conspiracy we’ve been proven right on. 🤷♀️

A federal judge in Florida on Tuesday ordered the Department of Homeland Security to restore some of the key features of its Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements system, which states use to verify citizenship and immigration status for voter rolls.
The ruling overturns a D.C. judge's ruling, who determined that the SAVE system's features, including a feature that allowed workers to verify citizenship status through a resident's social security number, violated the Social Security Act and Privacy Act by improperly aggregating and using Americans’ personal data.
The SAVE system was enhanced under the Trump administration to better support state election integrity efforts, including maintenance of state voter rolls.
U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell II ruled that the DHS violated a settlement with states, including Florida, by disabling the features. Wetherell approved the settlement last year and has maintained jurisdiction to enforce the settlement.
"Defendants are plainly in violation of the settlement agreement because it is undisputed that they disabled the bulk-upload and SSN-search features that the agreement expressly required the SAVE system to have," he wrote in the order.
"The fact that defendants disabled those features to comply with [the judge's] order does not change the fact that they violated the agreement."
Wetherell determined that the features did not violate federal law, concluding the SSN-search functions align with 8 U.S.C. §1373, which overrides other restrictions on sharing citizenship or immigration status information, according to Florida's Voice News.
The judge ordered defendants to file a status report on its compliance with the latest order by July 14.

There aren’t many political mysteries from 2016 that still have the power to set the internet on fire like the unsolved murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
The official theory is that the 27-year-old was shot near his D.C. home during a botched robbery.
His family has rejected all claims that he was somehow connected to WikiLeaks or murdered because of his work at the DNC, and they’ve asked people not to politicize their son’s death.
But the questions never went away, mostly because so many details surrounding the case are sketchy and make no sense.
Seth was killed less than two weeks before WikiLeaks began publishing thousands of internal DNC emails that literally rocked the 2016 election and exposed the Dems’ bitter and ugly internal battle over Hillary and Bernie.
As a result, a theory emerged that the emails WikiLeaks released hadn’t come from Russia but came from someone inside the DNC. Instantly, Seth’s name was tied to that theory.
Many believe, to this day, that he was the insider who leaked the emails after his guy, Bernie, was ousted by Hillary.
Now, there’s never been public proof of that claim, and some people who knew Seth claim he wasn’t some disgruntled Bernie Bro.
But then Julian Assange entered the chat, and things got a lot more curious…
Assange did something he never does.
He spoke out about a source. He publicly denied that the Russian government or another state actor was his source.
Then, during a 2016 interview about the dangers faced by WikiLeaks sources, Assange unexpectedly brought up Seth’s murder.
When the interviewer asked whether Rich had been a source, Assange fell back on WikiLeaks’ policy of refusing to identify its sources. WikiLeaks later offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in Rich’s murder, which only ignited the theories ten-fold.

Israel has killed Mohamed Fawaz al-Wahidi, director of public relations for the Egyptian Committee in Gaza, Tuesday evening in a strike on a civilian vehicle near the governorate building in Gaza City’s al-Sabra neighborhood, per the Palestinian Information Center.
Two other Palestinians, including a child, were killed alongside him and others wounded, per Arabi Post, bringing the day’s death toll from Israeli attacks across Gaza to six, amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire.
The Egyptian Committee, established by President Sisi, is Cairo’s official relief arm in Gaza, distributing food, housing displaced families in camps it built at Netzarim, and clearing rubble.
Israel has killed its personnel before: in January, an Israeli drone struck a vehicle carrying committee workers filming a new displacement camp near Netzarim, killing five people including three journalists working for the committee.
Israeli media reported Cairo sent an angry protest demanding explanations for that attack.
The targeted strike and killing of an official of Egypt’s own relief operation comes as Cairo hosts negotiations on the ceasefire’s second phase, with a Hamas delegation in its sixth day of talks there.
Reports suggest the strike took place just before the Egypt-Argentina soccer World Cup match.
