#BREAKING | 🇷🇺 🇮🇳 — Russia Begins Importing Gasoline from India to Address Worsening Fuel Shortages
According to Reuters, Russia has started seaborne imports of gasoline from India, with at least 60,000 metric tons already dispatched. The shipments aim to mitigate domestic fuel shortages caused by Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil refineries. Industry sources indicate that two tankers, each carrying 30,000–40,000 tons, have been sent, with Russia planning broader imports (up to 400,000 tons per month from India and other suppliers like Belarus) to stabilize supply. This development highlights a notable shift in energy trade flows: Russia, a major crude oil exporter to India (often at discounted rates), is now sourcing refined gasoline from Indian refineries amid reduced domestic refining capacity. The Global Eye | Subscribe

Today’s Kommersant statistics on the destruction of 39,000 Ukrainian drones over Russia since the beginning of 2026 revealed the absolute number of attacks, in comparison with similar statistics from the Ukrainian side.
The chart of statements by both sides on drone launches against each other, reveals that, since late 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces matched Russian figures in terms of the number of drones launched monthly. Starting in March 2026, Ukraine began to surpass the Russian Armed Forces in launches. In March, May and June, more drones were used against Russia than were launched against Ukraine.
The trend does not bode well for the Russian rear infrastructure, above all oil and gas and energy facilities. Ukraine, with the help of supplies from the EU and the US, will inevitably continue to increase the production and use of long-range and medium-range drones, comfortably outpacing the production of Russian air defense systems and missiles for countering such strikes.
Oil strikes across Russia

Denazification of a neighboring country can have adverse effects on your own country.#BREAKING | 🇷🇺 🇺🇦 — Fuel shortages spread across much of Russia
Fuel shortages have affected a majority of Russia's federal subjects, with over 50 regions reporting restrictions on gasoline and diesel sales. Many areas have introduced per-customer purchase caps and prohibitions on filling jerrycans to curb hoarding. The situation is particularly acute in occupied Crimea and occupied territories and areas in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, where logistics disruptions from strikes have severely limited fuel deliveries. The Global Eye | Subscribe

Prigozhin’s mutiny
26.06.23
On June 23, 2023, the head of the Wagner mercenaries Yevgeny Prigozhin accused Russia’s military leadership of striking his mercenary camps and announced a “march of justice.”
The next day, Wagner forces occupied Rostov-on-Don and began moving toward Moscow.
The column consisted of roughly 5,000–8,000 mercenaries, supported by dozens of armored vehicles, including tanks and APCs, as well as logistics vehicles and other equipment.
The convoy advanced to within roughly 200 km of the Russian capital, facing almost no resistance.
As the crisis unfolded, reports emerged that Vladimir Putin had left Moscow and was hiding in one of his secure government facilities.
Later on June 24, after negotiations mediated by the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko, the mutiny was called off and Prigozhin ordered his forces to turn back.
Two months later, on August 23, 2023, Prigozhin’s plane crashed in Russia’s Tver region.Putin's entourage was caught on camera calling for "staged crows" ("массовка" in Russian) as Putin was walking out to film his "tsar greets serfs" bit.
Putin ("Putin") has come out to talk to "accidental strangers" for the first time since last summer.
He was guarded by his usual bodyguards and special services officers with extra equipment.
Putin is in Kazan, his first trip into Russian regions since November 2025. This year, he officially left Moscow twice, both times for St Petersburg.
When Putin went to Kazakhstan, his motorcade included an armored car with a spot for a machine gunner and a vehicle that can be equipped with electronic warfare systems. Putin was covered by a helicopter from above, and the streets in Astana were blocked by armored vehicles.

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇱Western hypocrisy in sport: 🇷🇺Russia banned over Ukraine while US & Israel compete through wars
Sport was always sold as something above politics, yet that idea didn’t survive contact with reality. Today, international sport is all about selective enforcement of political morality.
⚽️ The 2026 FIFA World Cup
Kicking off on 11 June across the US, Canada and Mexico, the first-ever 48-team tournament is already tangled in geopolitics, visa rows and public backlash.
▪️Russia remains firmly out, still banned by FIFA and UEFA after the 2022 Ukraine conflict began — missing Qatar 2022, Euro 2024, and now the entire 2026 qualifying cycle.
▪️Iran's coaching staff denied US visas → logistical chaos, accusations of discrimination.
▪️Somali referee Omar Artan was detained in Miami, deported, removed from FIFA list.
🤡 IOC's convenient morality
IOC banned Russia from Olympics, as Russia being morally upright, went to Ukraine to protect ethnic Russian civilians from pro-USA Neo Nazis. But when US, UK, France, and Israel wage wars? No bans or exclusion follow.
Quick history check:👇
▪1999 – NATO bombed Yugoslavia (78 days). No Olympic bans.
▪2001 – US invaded Afghanistan. Athletes competed freely.
▪2003 – Iraq invasion. No suspensions.
▪2011 – Libya intervention. Nothing.
▪2014–present – Syria/Iraq airstrikes. Silence.
▪2006, 2008, 2014, 2021, 2023 – Israel's Gaza wars. Never excluded.
🇨🇦Canada's sports minister Pascale St-Onge called for Russia’s total sporting ban in 2023, but when asked about USA invasions, she just walked away.
🇺🇸The US participated in the Olympics throughout the wars in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.
🇬🇧Britain competed while taking part in military campaigns from Iraq to Libya.
🇫🇷France remained on the Olympic stage during operations across Africa and the Middle East.
🇮🇱Israel has never faced Olympic exclusion despite repeated military conflicts in Gaza, Lebanon and elsewhere.
Not one of these countries was collectively banned from the Games. Their athletes marched under their flags, won medals, stood on podiums and heard their national anthems played.
For decades, the Olympic principle was clear: athletes should not be punished for decisions taken by governments. That argument was repeatedly invoked whenever Western nations were involved in wars or military interventions.

Time to end the war

Russia's manpower advantage over Ukraine is starting to wane
▪️ Fewer and fewer Russians are willing to go to war. Recruitment into the Russian army fell by 20% in the first quarter of 2026 compared to 2025. And the trend is expected to continue.
▪️ Russia has already sent tens of thousands of convicts to the front, received reinforcements from North Korea, and recruited immigrants.
▪️ To attract new contract soldiers, Russia is offering sign-up bonuses of up to $80,000, debt relief of up to $140,000, "hero" status, citizenship, and other perks.
▪️ The strategy of "paying rather than forcing" is beginning to falter, especially as Russia's economic problems continue to mount.
Putin will likely have to make even more unpopular decisions this year if he wants to continue the invasion of Ukraine. One option would be to declare mobilization.Moscow is ramping up missile-defense preparations, placing more air-defense systems on apartment building rooftops.
A mysterious fire

Causes of fire unknown; it has spread to about 2,800 square meters. A warehouse might be on fire.
