I don't really want to say whether you should get into debt to have it be inflated away via inflation or get out of debt, because I don't really know where they're going to go with this. They'll either end up going the route of hyperinflation to inflate the debt away, or they will do something like jack up interest rates a ton like the early 80s. I have no idea which option they'll choose, and both of them are destructive but in different ways, and if you think they're going to do one and adjust your financials to match that and they do the opposite you're going to be totally screwed. | 308 |
