If you remove "my family", the sentence becomes:

So I is the correct subject.
Also, when mentioning yourself together with other people, it's considered more polite to put yourself last:
✅ My parents and I...
❌I and my parents...
✅ My friends and I...
❌ I and my friends...
✅ My family and I...
❌ I and my family...
However, after a preposition, me is correct:
✅ This photo is of me and my family.
✅ She invited me and my family.
