Following lengthy negotiations between the United States, Israel, and Lebanon, representatives of the three countries signed a trilateral framework this evening intended to lead to future agreements between Israel and Lebanon aimed at ending the conflict between the two countries and reaching a peace arrangement.
Israel will maintain its security zone along the Yellow Line in Lebanon until Hezbollah and all other terrorist organizations in Lebanon are disarmed and no longer pose a threat to the State of Israel.
The IDF will retain full military freedom of action throughout the security zone to remove threats of any kind.
Israel and Lebanon agreed on two areas adjacent to the Yellow Line, recommended by the IDF, where a pilot program for the disarmament of Hezbollah and the transfer of control to the Lebanese Army will take place: one area outside the Yellow Line and south of the Litani River, and another outside the original Yellow Line and north of the Litani.
The trilateral framework represents a major achievement for Israel, completely rejecting Iran's attempt to impose a unilateral Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon and denying Iran and Hezbollah any role in Lebanon."

According to the report, the agreement would allow Israeli forces to remain along the “Yellow Line” until Hezbollah is disarmed and the Lebanese state is able to assume full responsibility for security. It also reportedly includes a joint security pilot involving the Israeli military and the Lebanese Armed Forces.
An Israeli official told Channel 12:
“We will leave the territory we captured only if Hezbollah no longer constitutes a factor anywhere in the country.”
The report says the agreement’s overarching objective is to eliminate all Iranian influence from Lebanon.

In Perm, an anti-migrant activist complained about Israel "occupying foreign lands." A protocol charging her with discrediting the Russian army was drawn up against her.
In March of this year, 47-year-old Perm resident Nina Pavlova got into an argument in the VKontakte group "Love in Art," where users comment on famous paintings. The discussion turned to fascism.
Pavlova quoted phrases she attributed to anti-Semitic Jews of the 19th century: "Boruch, do you hear, fascism is when 'the souls of the goyim eat vomit and feces,' 'kill the best of the goyim,' and so on. And now your fascist state, which has occupied foreign lands, is bombing children."
A protocol accusing Pavlova of discrediting the Russian army was drawn up, and the case has already gone to court along with an expert analysis that found a negative assessment of the actions of the Russian armed forces in the comment.
Pavlova herself insists the comment was about Israel, and she says she approves of the Russian army's actions. At the start of the war she even attended a rally in support of it. "I am unequivocally for the idea that Crimea is ours, Donbass is ours, Odessa is ours, Kyiv is ours, all of eastern Ukraine, at least the east, is all ours," she told Mediazona.
She considers herself a victim of repression. "This is repression against me because I am against the occupation of my homeland and against migrants," she says.
