- فحص شحنات الأرز، بما في ذلك الأرز البسمتي وأنواع الأرز الأخرى
- فحص المنتجات الغذائية المعلبة مثل الذرة الحلوة والتونة وحليب جوز الهند والفاصوليا وغيرها
- مراجعة الموردين والمخازن والشحنات وإجراءات التداول
- مراجعة الملصقات وتواريخ الإنتاج والانتهاء وعلامات الكراتين
- إعداد تقارير فحص احترافية تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والمخازن والعمليات والإدارة
- متابعة شكاوى الجودة ومشكلات الموردين
- الحفاظ على معايير جودة قوية في جميع منتجات الشركة
🎯 المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في فحص جودة الأغذية أو المراجعة أو مراقبة الجودة
- يفضل وجود خبرة قوية في فحص الأرز والمنتجات الغذائية المعلبة
- معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات سلامة الغذاء والملصقات والتخزين وفحص الشحنات
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتواصل
- دقة عالية والقدرة على اكتشاف عيوب الجودة
- وجود خبرة في المنتجات الغذائية المستوردة ميزة إضافية

* Monitor microbiology laboratory operations and equipment performance

Requirements:
