𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞:
QA IPC Specialist
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Responsible for ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, safety, and integrated quality policies across production and storage operations. Oversees process readiness, performs IPC testing, and manages sample collection for QC, stability, and regulatory inspections. Actively monitors manufacturing areas, reports process deviations, adheres to EHS protocols, and supports the QA IPC supervisor in executing operational quality requirements.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science, chemistry, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry.
Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst performs all the analytical procedures for raw materials, drug substances, excipients, IPC samples and drug products following the BGP policies, GMP and GLP guidelines.
Responsibilities:
· Perform media preparation necessary for performing microbiological testing.
· Sampling of Purified water, water for injection and pure steam for microbiological testing of water for pharmaceutical use while properly documenting the activity in logbooks.
· Collect samples, for example air, and surface samples required for environmental monitoring .
· Operation of microbiology laboratory equipment necessary for performing microbiological analysis.
· Reporting results of microbiology laboratory activities.
· Testing Biological Indicators.
· Following up "Environmental Monitoring Program".
· Coordinating with microbiology technicians.
· Perform Endotoxin/Sterility/Bio-Burden tests.
· Writing technically "Standard Operation Procedure" (SOP) for microbiology department in order.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in similar position (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or biopharmaceutical company).
•
· Education: Bachelor’s degree of pharmacy, science (chemistry; major or minor), or relevant degree
SKILLS:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good Teamwork Skills.
· Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
