Elixir Pharma is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Work Location: El Sadat City, EL Menoufia
The key responsibilities of the job would be:
- Review and approve all QC and Microbiology documents, SOPs, specifications, and test procedures.
- Review and approve analytical results, worksheets, and reports for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Coordinate with vendors for IQ, OQ, and PQ of QC laboratory instruments.
- Apply statistical analysis and process control tools, including control charts, FMEA, and Pareto analysis, to improve processes.
- Execute, review, and approve protocols, worksheets, and reports related to analytical method transfer for APIs and finished products.
- Conduct audits of external agencies supporting QC activities.
- Review and approve analytical testing and calibration reports for QC and Microbiology departments.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences is a Must.
- Min. 15 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt with at least 3 years of experience in similar managerial role.
- Ability to lead and guide others in the implementation of Quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and organize resources.
- Strong interpersonal with High agility in difficult situation
- Fluency in English is essential, both oral and written communication.
