| 3 | The flowchart illustrates the process by which electricity is generated using coal. Overall, the process can be divided into two main stages, with each step involving several steps and specialized equipment. It is also clear that it is a complex and energy-intensive process, requiring pre-treatment of coal and processing gas to generate electricity for both domestic and industrial use.
The process begins with the extraction of coal in mines using heavy machinery, which is then crushed into small pieces. The crushed coal, subsequently, is transported to a factory where it is gasified by being subject to an intense heat. After gasification, the resulting gas is cooled in cooling towers, which release waste heat.
The next step involves removing impurities of the gas in a cooling tower, after which the cleaned gas is sent to a gas power plan. There, more waste heat is produced and discharged. At this point, the gas power plant generates electricity which is transmitted through power lines to homes and electricity grid, ensuring a steady supply of power.

| 13 | The bar graph provides a comparative analysis of the shares of workforce in Canada. The information is broken down into five different industries.
In 1850, the biggest proportion of Canadians worked in manufacturing, accounting for 36%, slightly higher compared with 33% of services workers. However, by 2020, while the former had seen a marked decline to 9%, the latter surged to a chart high of 81%, showing more than a two-fold growth.
In contrast, agriculture/fishing industry registered a decline in their workforce proportions. 22% of Canadians were employed in these sectors in 1850, but that dropped to a mere 1% in 2020. Another decline was in energy/water sector, which fell from 3% to only 1%, whereas the figure for the construction made up 8% in 2020, up from 5% in 1850.
Overall, the biggest changes were observed in manufacturing, services, and agriculture/fishing industries in terms of workforce shares. It is also clear that while services sector saw a notable increase, the trend in manufacturing and agriculture/fishing industry was downwards.

Greater China was responsible for the largest proportion of car production, accounting for 26% of the total, slightly higher than that of Europe, which made up 25% in 2015. In addition, North America was ranked third in terms of passenger car manufacturing, producing 16% of the total.
The remainder nations βJapan/Korea, Middle East/Africa, South Asia, and South America, meanwhile, had lower shares when it came to passenger vehicle production. Of these nations, Japan/Korea was responsible for the largest proportion, constituting 16% of the total, the figure which was higher than the other nations combined. The figure for South Asia made up 8%, while 4% and 2% of the cars were produced in South America and Middle East/Africa, respectively.
Overall, the highest percentage of passenger vehicles was manufactured in Greater China, closely followed by Europe. It is also clear that South Asia, South America, and Middle East/Africa did not exceed the 10% mark in 2015. | 184 |
