Man arrested after dressing as grim reaper and staring at hospital patients. In UK, a 26 year old man named Gillespie was fined after climbing onto a roof dressed entirely in black and carrying what appeared to be a long blade. He stayed above the main entrance for nearly an hour, making noise and staring down at people below. The Grim Reaper like sighting prompted police and fire crews to respond before officers convinced him to come down peacefully. In court, Gillespie said the outfit was actually a crow costume. He admitted causing a nuisance on NHS property and gave no explanation for why he had climbed onto the roof. He also admitted two separate shoplifting offences involving cat supplies, food and drinks. Gillespie was ordered to pay £100 in fines, £100 in prosecution costs and £50 in compensation.

Brandenburg police are searching for rapist with rose ring. Police are searching for a man who called himself "Lukas" and is suspected of raping a woman. The victim met the suspect through an internet platform. During their first encounter, the unknown man raped the woman and forced her to perform sexual acts afterward. With the victim's help, forensic experts from the Brandenburg police have now created a composite sketch of the sex offender. The Cottbus District Court ordered its release. According to police, the man is approximately 25 to 27 years old, has an athletic build, and short, straight, dark blond hair. A distinctive feature: he was wearing a silver ring with a rose motif. He also drove a well-maintained black station wagon.

City council invites guests to swinger party at the town hall. Julien Ferrat (35) wants to hold a group sex party in Mannheim's city hall. In a statement, the former Left Party politician explains that the city council building is ideal for such an event: "The city hall is centrally located." He announces that if the event is banned, he will take the case "all the way to the Federal Constitutional Court." Furthermore, there are no house rules or municipal regulations that explicitly prohibit swinger parties there. Ferrat sees the event as a form of economic development. He argues that a "nudist swinger paradise" could generate millions in revenue for Mannheim annually. He wants to emphasize this point with the party. Ferrat was first elected to the Mannheim city council for the Left Party in 2014 , later switching to the "Family Party."
