The Ballery will host Schöneberg Voices. Kilian Greiter & Max Lukat will exhibiting at The Ballery for the first time as part of Schöneberg Voices.

An anonymous latex-clad figure is placed within the home of an elderly Catholic woman, bringing together seemingly different worlds in a single image. The work reflects a side of Schöneberg's identity shaped by queer culture, while inviting viewers to consider questions of space, belonging, and perception. By presenting the image as a physical print, the artists create a lasting document of a community and culture that continues to evolve.

My pronouns are they/them and she/her. I also identify as trans. I’m not transgender, but I am trans. I’ve buried the old me and transitioned into the person I am today. I go by Merlin, and when I’m in drag, I go by Merlin Cum. I’ve been trying to understand how to tell people who and what I am. Can I be trans even though I’m not transgender? What I’ve come to understand is yes, yes I can. And you will refer to me the way I tell you to refer to me. And if you have a problem with that, you can f off. I’m a non-binary trans club rat. Potsdam bans smart glasses with cameras in swimming pools. Potsdam’s swimming pools and saunas will ban smart glasses, data glasses with cameras, and devices with microphones. The city council of Brandenburg’s state capital approved the measure on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The ban will be explicitly added to the house and bathing rules of Bäderlandschaft Potsdam, the city’s pool operator. The reason is privacy: the devices can make photos or videos discreetly, without people immediately noticing. The Green/Volt faction argued that recordings are increasingly being posted on social media without the people filmed knowing about it. The article says bathers wearing swimwear have a legitimate interest in spending time there without being observed. Potsdam’s pool rules already ban image recordings made with media devices; this rule will now be expanded to specifically include smart glasses. Staff are also expected to be trained to recognize these glasses.

Dancers Call. Sophiensaele is looking for emerging artists for Tanztage 2027.

Since 1996, Tanztage Berlin has presented innovative and genre-bending work by Berlin-based artists in the fields of contemporary dance, choreography, and performance. This producing platform offers a unique opportunity for the city's broadly defined choreographic newcomers, as well as artists who have recently arrived in Berlin, to present their work to a loyal local and international audience. The next edition of Tanztage Berlin will be the final one under the artistic direction of Mateusz Szymanówka. Subject to funding, the festival is currently scheduled to take place from 7 to 23 January 2027. It provides emerging dance artists based in Berlin with a platform for both new productions and revivals.
