This beautiful occasion marks a time of renewal, hope, and fresh beginnings. 🌼ባሸዋም ት/ቤት ለ2018 ዓ.ም የት/ት ዘመን የተሻለ ቅድመ ዝግጅት ለማድረግ  ከቀን 28/12/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለ 3ቀን ሲሰጥ የነበረዉ የመምህራን የአቅም ማጎልበቻ ሰልጠና እና  የት/ ጉባኤ ዛሬ ጳጉሜ 3/2017 ዓ.ም እጅግ በጣም ጥሩ በሆነ ሂደት ተጠናቋል::🌻 👉.በነበረው የ 3ቀን የት/ት ጉባኤ በወረዳዉ ት/ት  ጽ/ ቤት የሱፐርቭይዘር ባለሙያ, በተጋባዝ እንገዳ እና በት/ቤቱ ርእሳነ መምህራን የተለያዩ የአቅም ማግልበቻ ስልጠንዎች እና ውይይቶች ተካሂደዋል::   👉ዋና ዋናዎቹ ✅  1. አሳታፊ የማስተማር ስነ-ዘዴ   ምንነት፣ዓይነቶች፣ጠቀሜታውና አlተገባበር ስልጠና ✅2. የፈተና ቢጋር አዘገጃጀት(Table of specification) ስልጠና ✅3. ተከታታይ የመ/ራን ሙያ ማሻሻያ(ተሙማ/CPD) ስልጠና ✅4.ተግባራዊ ጥናትና መርምር (Action Research) ስልጠና ✅5. የት/ቤት መሻሻል/ School improvement program (SIP) በተመለከተ ስልጠና ✅6.የ2017 ዓ. ም የ ት/ት ዘመን የስራ አፈፃፀም ሪፖርት ግምገማ ✅  7.  ከ2018 ዓ.ም እስከ 2020 ዓ. ም ድረስ የ3 ዓመት የት/ቤት መሻሻል ስትራቴጅክ እቅድ ገምግሞ ማፅደቅ ✅ 8. የ 2018 ዓ.ም የት/ቤት መሻሻል እና መሪ እቅድ ገምግሞ ማፅደቅ ✅ 9.የ 2018 ዓ.ም የመ/ራን የስራ አፈፃፅም እቅድ ስምምነት እና ✅ 10. የተለያዩ አደረጃጀቶች (ዲ/ትቶች, ኮሚቴዎች,የተጕዳኝ ትምህርቶች/ ክበባትን በማዋቀር ጉባኤዉ በተያዘዉ እቅድ መሰረት የሚጠበቀዉን ዓላማ አሳክቷል::
