They're saying things are bad for the Russians there and their (meaning, our) front is crumbling.
The fact that their channel, War Zone, is easy to recognize by two "markers" - the topic and the official design. Those who live in Russia, I think, understand perfectly well what I'm talking about. And the idiots "behind the curb" don't need to know.
