Absolutely grim. Footage from Trampolín Beach in Ceuta shows a group of migrants crowding around a baby dolphin after it washed up close to shore. One man drags the calf out of the water by its head, picks it up and parades it around as others gather to touch it. The dolphin can still be seen moving in his hands. Local reports say one person later struck the animal on the head with a stick, seriously injuring it. Locals eventually intervened trying to get the dolphin back into the water, but reports say it later dd. The footage has sparked outrage in Ceuta and calls for those responsible to face animal-cruelty charges. Treating a terrified baby animal like a beach prop is genuinely sickening. The bonds are denominated in U.S. dollars and offshore Chinese renminbi and were simultaneously listed in Dubai, Hong Kong and London. According to ICBC, the proceeds will support low-carbon renewable energy projects in China and Arab countries, strengthening financial cooperation in the clean-energy sector.
