Also, *If you can’t access our website or your website or some other websites, it is a general issue as MTN and Airtel servers when down. Try using GLO it may go through.*

UPDATE ON GLO CG DATA:
You may experience delays in delivery of GLO CG Data. This is general and from Glo. Customers may receive data after few hours even when delivering response is shown. So relax and assure your customers they will receive the data.

All complaints should be submitted on the website.
Easyaccess has instructed its agents to refund failed orders of day before yesterday (Wednesday 28th Feb.) during the period of the MTN downtime.
Such orders can only be refunded when users can;
1. State in the additional comment when filling the complaint form that;
the said phone number has bought data successfully before on our website in the past two weeks with proof of old successful ID.
*For first time customers who hasn’t bought before, a proof that NIN was linked to the affected number must be submitted to the WhatsApp customer service on (09136249466) with the transaction ID.
Here’s steps to get NIN linking proof;
-Ask the customer to download mtn app and login with the phone number.
-Screenshot where they say NIN Status “Linked” showing the phone number.
-send screenshot to the WhatsApp agent with the transaction ID.

Inter bank transfers is generally down. This has affected AUTO-WALLET FUNDING (MONNIFY) transfers as inter bank funds transferred is not been credited. Transfer only from WEMA to WEMA, Moniepoint to Moniepoint, Sterling to Sterling, etc. for now.

*It has come to our notice that some users are still submitting complaints for undelivered data affecting phone numbers with issues of NIN. This is very bad. After all information and updates released by us relating to losses incurred from Non-linked numbers. This is highly being frowned at and seen as a dubious Act. It should not continue please.* Find previous message below:
“In simple terms,
*Please do not send MTN data to phone numbers yet to link their NIN. MTN charges us for such transactions even if it shows failed. Therefore, you will not also be refunded and your customers will not be also be refunded.”*
On that note, any MTN data order having the following message responses while verifying the transaction should not be submitted for refunds:
*For SME*- Activation of SHARE 1GB was not successful. Please try again.
*For CG and CG LITE* - Activation of Corporate_Data_Gifting was not successful. Please try again.
*For DIRECT GIFTING*- Sorry the Process failed. Please try again later.
Our agents have been communicated accordingly and they will not refund such orders. So there is no need submitting the complaint.

MTN CG LITE DATA NOW REDUCED TO N256/GB.
This reduction came as a means of making it a major replacement/alternative for MTN SME data due to frequent scarcity and hike in purchasing prices for SME data alongside other issues. This product is actually same as SME data as customers receive 1000MB for 1GB for both data types, valid for 30days and has same strength in long lasting.
We encourage you to Sell MTN CG LITE more for now, make more profit and also encourage your customers to do same.

Monnify BVN/NIN linking is done automatically for you on Easy Access.
Alot of persons are messaging us inquiring how they can link their BVNs/NINs to their Monnify Auto-Wallet Funding Unique Accounts on Easy Access as they may have been asked to do on other platforms because it is a general requirement by CBN.
Please note that linking of your BVN/NIN on Easy Access is done automatically for you once you visit the website and access your dashboard. You do not need to do anything on your end. As long as you successfully completed your KYC validation on Easy Access you are good to go.

We have just bulk refunded all MTN SME orders that failed yesterday from 6pm-8pm and today 9-10am during the downtimes caused by MTN.
Please understand that this situation is beyond what we can handle. We are bearing huge lossess in cases like this for you as we have to make all refunds since there’s no way to check numbers affected by NIN.
We hope these issues will be resolved by MTN as soon as possible.

Dear customers,
After confirming over 2.5TRB deductions from our balance yesterday alone for attempts of unsuccessful data sent to numbers yet to link their NIN. We will not continue to bear the loss this way. On that note we have implemented a success charge on such transactions. This means you won’t be refunded for such transactions and a successful response will be returned.
Kindly advice your customers not to supply phone numbers yet to link their NIN for data as if attempted your account will be debited without a refund since we are also debited by MTN for such transactions.

Dear customers,
Please do not send MTN Data to numbers barred by MTN due to failure to link NIN. It returns failed and user account gets refunded but MTN keeps deducting the data from our balance for it for almost two weeks now. This is still happening. Many websites have restricted or stoped selling MTN products due to this issue. We have lost lots of Terabytes already.
We would like you to advice your customers same. The losses is now far greater than the profits made from selling the products. This is an MTN error but they have failed to fix it till this moment.
Going forward. if we keep seeing too many of such transactions leading to losses we may stop making auto refunds for such numbers which means your account will be charged and the customer will not also receive the data because we were charged for such by MTN.
Please communicate this to your customers. Thank you.
