Those who their ”9payment Service Bank” is not displaying as one of the accounts for Auto-wallet funding can re-generate it easily by following the steps below:
-Login to your dashboard and click on “Fund Wallet”
-Choose the second option (Auto-Wallet Funding).
-Then click on “Generate 9SB Account”
Boom! The Account will be generated.

GTBank Auto Funding Account is down.
For those that have GTB Monnify Account on their dashboard please avoid making transfers to that Account.
GTBank has been down for days now. Those who already sent money to the account should contact GTbank and send a mail to monnify. The payments hasn’t gotten to us yet.

We announce the addition of 9payment Service Bank as one of the accounts for Auto Wallet funding via transfer on our websites. Login to your account to see the account details.
It is also fast and reliable with N30 flat rate charge on all Transfers. You can make transfers to this account as an alternative for Monnify Accounts when they are down or facing failed/uncredited fundings.
Note that self-service is currently unavailable for this payment gateway. Issues of Successful but Uncredited Transfers made to the above bank should not be attempted on self service but should be forwarded to the WhatsApp customer care service for resolution.

-Login to your account and Click on “Self-Service” at the side bar of your dashboard and choose “Resolve Monnify Funding”
-Enter the transaction id/reference you copied, the amount paid and date of the transaction.
-Click on "Verify and Fund Wallet"
Boom! Your wallet will be credited immediately.
Note that if you did not receive any email from Monnify, the payment hasn't gotten to us. You will have to contact your bank for checks and refund.
